The beds/pillows were amazing! I slept like a baby! The room was spacious. Breakfast was also good, lots of options.

This seems to be a very family/kid oriented hotel, which is fine if you are traveling with kids. Kids and families over took the pool and hot tub all day/night. We were very disappointed that parents allowed their children to JUMP from pool to hot tub, with no regard for the adults trying to relax in the hot tub. If you are traveling as adults, you may want to skip this place. It would be super if the hotel would consider having an "adults only" time for the pool/ hot tub. Say from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.....just a thought.

The room was fine but we did not have a luggage holder for our second set of luggage and when asked, I was told that a holder would be brought to the room, but it never appeared. The breakfast was passable and we simply went elsewhere to get breakfast most mornings. The staff was helpful.

Breakfast. I don’t think the eggs needed to be quite as much overdone as they were. Also, as noted above, when a staff member makes a commitment it should be followed through

This property was amazing! Lisa was amazing and so accommodating! We needed to leave earlier than breakfast was to be served so they had them set up an hour early for us. We also ended up coming two days early and she made sure that we had a room big enough for our family. The staff was so amazing and helpful. We have never had a better stay at a hotel. if we are ever in Utah again we will definitely be staying here!

Nothing! the property was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff is AMAZING! The location was perfect, you can easily walk to restaurants, the grocery store, or the gas station. we were one hour from Zion and about an hour and a half from Bryce.

Centrally located for our needs. Easily accessible. breakfast room was great to gather as an extended family in the evenings. Modern rooms.

small little night stands on both sides of bed would be fantastic! More breakfast options would be great. Towel service was fine, but it would be better if housekeeping checked on replenishing toilet paper and kleenex daily. We had to ask for toilet paper twice. It was difficult to regulate the heat/AC in the room. It was either too hot or too cold, could not find a happy medium.

This is a great hotel in a convenient location for going to Zion National Park, Orderville, the North Rim and just hanging out in Kanab is awesome too! The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Only the pull out bed and rollaway beds are not as comfy but the regular beds are great! The pool and hottub are nice after long days of activities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! There are laundry facilities that worked well. It was a great stay for my family of 5 😀

The staff was very friendly and very willing to help out. The hotel was nice but was definately showing some wear. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

The hotel is showing some wear. Our window frame was broken so even with the window closed the wind came right into our room and we had done pretty crazy winds during our stay.. The swimming pool area was not cleaned very well. There was black staining all around the whole pool, a used bandaid was left on the deck for the three days we were there and the towels were very dingy. Our TV seemed very old. We had to turn it off and on a number of times for the picture to show up. We would have sound and no picture.

Everyone staff was welcoming and breakfast options were great! That pancake machine was perfect !!!

Pool and jacuzzi had way too much chlorine. Irritated our eyes. You can smell the chlorine from the elevator.

Lacey the lady that checked us in was amazing! She was always so cheerful and helpful! She also was a hard worker too, was amazing to watch her perform so many duties, but always smiling! A jewel of an employee! The lady fixing breakfast was also so pleasant, and the breakfast was very good! We would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean like most IHG hotels and the staff was nice. Breakfast was good and the shower was great. Pool and Jacuzzi were also really nice.

Nothing really wrong with my stay. Everything was fine. Wish it was a little cheaper.
