The property was incredibly beautiful. We had a nice view of Zion that was absolutely unparalleled. I like that. The property is really close to restaurants and gas stations so even though you’re high up in the mountain, you’re still have access to important things . I also really enjoyed be on property amenities like the restaurant, the store in the lobby, as well as the chickens and horses.
Checking in at night is pretty difficult. There is no one to help you locate the cabin. The cabins are not labeled well and it is not well enough to find we’re supposed to go with the math that’s provided after hours.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Zion Mountain Ranch for 1 night and I must say it really nice. From the breathtaking surroundings to the friendly service ant its location. Nestled in the heart of nature, with the majestic Zion National Park as its backdrop, the views were absolutely awe-inspiring.The tranquility and serenity of the surroundings made for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We stayed in one of their cozy cabins, which were thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished. The rustic charm blended seamlessly with modern amenities, providing both comfort and a sense of immersion in nature. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. I appreciated the private patio where I could relax and soak in the breathtaking views.
The availability of certain activities was limited, and there was a lack of clear communication regarding the schedules and options available.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Cabins were clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. The horseback riding experience with Sara and Holly was the highlight of the trip. Rex, Luna and the rest of the pack are sweet and definitely a bonus!
After some early hiking in Zion, we returned to the ranch and tried to have lunch in the restaurant, but it was closed for a private event. Advanced notice to guest that the restaurant was closed for the general public would have been a nice courtesy. Missed opportunity to have had box lunches as an option for other guests. The food was amazing, and the service is inconsistent. It wasn't so good the first night but the second night it was excellent.

Amazing spot! My partner and I were on a road trip across the Southwest staying at several accommodations, and this place hands down was our favorite. The cabin was cozy and private, and the staff at the main building were super friendly. We stayed up late watching movies by the fireplace and watching the sun set over the ranch outside. Lots of cute animal friends (dogs, chickens, ducks, horses) and one friendly Great Pyrenees even came to say hello at the walkway by our cabin. :)
We were double-charged for our stay, but the staff quickly solved the issue and we were reimbursed right away. The parking space was a little small and had potholes needing fixing. The day we stayed there was a lot of snow and that in combination with the potholes left our car stuck in the driveway until we had to be pushed/plowed out. The blankets had a lingering bleach smell. It would have been nice if there were some cozy fleece blankets to have in the living room.

Zion Mountain Ranch is such a special place and we absolutely love it. We love that it's on the East side of Zion and away from the madness that is Springdale. This was our second time staying at Zion Mountain Ranch and it didn't disappoint. We had a spectacular view from our porch and enjoyed watching the sunset over Zion each evening. Having our own little cabin outside of Zion is a treat and adds to the magic that is Zion National Park. We loved the friendly ranch dogs that would often come say hi and watching the gorgeous horses in the pasture.
Whilst the bed was comfortable, it was too soft and could possibly need an upgrade. It would be helpful to have signage or room instructions to help us know what switches did what...it took us a few days to figure out how to turn the ceiling fan off/on. There were two showerheads in the shower, which is a nice feature, but one of them wouldn't ever go warm. The other showerhead worked great.

I loved how there were animals and wild life everywhere. They bring the horse's out to feed and play with. There are bunnies and ducks, a couple of watch dogs running around, it was great. Definitely kid friendly but not full of kids, if that makes sense! Staff was friendly too. It's more of a remote location, felt private and peaceful. Was a beautiful place to stay. Would recommend to others, we'll definitely be back!
A little far from the park but we knew that going into it, that was also part of the attraction. A little pricey but everything is right now. Not bad!!

The ranch is really really nice. We stayed in the ranch Aug 23 and it's the best we have done since the beginning of our road trip. We had a very nice moment and also appreciated the kindness of Lobby team and restaurant team. Lodges are huge and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect as well, quality and choices available makes the difference. I'm generally not giving reviews on Hotel/Accomodations but when it's really nice place, I do. Thanks to the Zion Ranch Team

The ranch was beautiful and the cabin was charming,
The restaurant onsite was painfully slow. Also, we arrived in the evening, and there were no lights or indicators for us to find our cabin number. It took us many twists and turns. I'd suggest some kind of reflecting cabin numbers on the doors or lights leading up the roads/driveways. Also, the map they provided was inaccurate in order to locate our cabin. It was just a small inconvenience, but after hours of traveling somewhat frustrating.

View from the cabin #123 (West) is beautiful. We love the location of ZMR as it is out of the park and quiet on the East side of Zion National Park. The aquaponic garden is interesting and the new garden they have put in was in full bloom. Staff is very friendly. Horses on property along with 3 beautiful and friendly dogs. Chickens and a loud rooster! The bison herd was present but far in the distance. They have a communal fire pit -ask for if they will start are fire or not that evening as it depends on time of year and # of people staying there.
Very noisy floors if sleeping in lower bedroom and people above you are walking. Cabin #123 should have a kitchen. Refrigerator needs replacement, broken shelves and door doesn't always close. Staff was to call me whether I could have late check out and never did. Great cabin for family, but bring some extra silverware as there was Hodge podge of dishes and utensils. ZMR getting very costly in my opinion. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get back into the park through the East entrance on a Sunday so be prepared for a wait.

Property is very good and well located towards east entrance. Very clean and staff is very nice. Rooms are good and comfy.
I liked everything however I feel since it’s Ranch there should be option of kitchenette given the location because nearest town is like 15 miles which is Mt Carmel so if anyone brings their own cooking items they should have the ability to cook their meals so that is the only thing that is missing.
