The pool area is wonderful, and so is the availability of fun activities (horseback riding, jeep tours, feeding goats). The places to eat at the resort have good food options and taste good. Staff was always super helpful and friendly, especially towards my LGTBQ+ family.

Cowboy cabin is difficult to deal with heat due to no air conditioning (just don't do cowboy cabin when temps are above 90 degrees. Otherwise, it could be too hot to sleep). And also no bathroom or refrigerator in Cowboy Cabin. If those are a must, you should upgrade to a luxury cabin or vacation home option. Shower house is a bit run down, but it is doable if you can rough it for a few days.

Great place to stay! Absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet. Many things to do on the property (pay for and free) if you wish. Zion NP is 25 minute drive from the property. Hiking trails leading to Zion also. Free breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner were great as well. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Bed and room (stayed in Conestoga wagon) were clean and comfortable. Room had adequate heating but if weather was colder than than 35 degrees it would have been hard to keep warm but we were comfortable with multiple blankets and the heaters. It was truly the perfect place to be!

I knew the room and bathrooms would be separated and I was perfectly fine with the walk in between. The bathrooms were just fine and perfectly clean. The showers really needed some cleaning!! Despite this one flaw, the property and my stay was still amazing.

The wagons were awesome and not too far to the toilets. It was a great location for Zion National Park and there were some very friendly cute hosts just roaming around. Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed it.

The only thing I can think off is the wagon at night was freezing and the only blanket on the beds was a thin bedspread which was definitely not warm enough. They do have gas heaters in the wagons but it then made it too stuffy. A quilt would have made it much more cosy.

Zion Ponderosa Ranch resort is just outside the Zion national park, which makes the national park very accessible. I wish we stayed longer at the resort. The resort has a nice cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some fun activities for kids. Stargazing trail at the resort was the most beautiful experience in our trip.

This location was actually perfect for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. The included breakfast is amazing. We were concerned about staying in the cowboy cabin in winter but it was very warm and close to the bathrooms. The spa was also a nice winter treat!

Very friendly staff. Nice pool. (Limited hours though, 10a-10p.) Cabin was pretty spacious. Grounds were pretty.

The bed and couch bed were not very comfy. No night table for the bed so can't keep any water by your bed or anything. A pretty long drive from Zion but would be nice to just hang out at the resort.

Great location with easy access to Zion NP.

Bathrooms needed cleaning and there were never paper towels in the bathroom. There were dirty paper towels overflowing the trash cans.

Zion Ponderosa ranch staff was very friendly helpful and were able to offer recommendations on where to adventure and explore. We booked a glamping tent which was comfortable and roomy there is a list of things they suggest to bring one thing I wish we had was a propane travel grill because starting a fire wasn’t always an option. Also an easy up for over the picnic area. I would suggested those things for future visits.

Other campers were driving a golf cart past the tent several times in the late hours. The ranch is a little commute to the west entrance but totally worth the view. The weather was unexpectedly warmer than we anticipated thankful for the pool but wish we had a better fan.

I loved the option for glamping since we usually camp in a tent. Lots of free fun things to do with options for extra tours nearby.

The free continental breakfast needed more protein options other than hard boiled eggs. We purchased sausage & bacon but it wasn’t very tasty (and not worth the extra money).

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and fresh fruits. We didn’t realize it was included until we checked in, so it was a bonus

We were in a covered wagon and had a little trouble figuring out the heaters. We were a little wary of running the gas all night. Lots of warm blankets tho, and we got it warmed up in the morning. Maybe a little more instruction when checking in
