Clean. Room had a patio, refrigerator, and microwave. Decent Wi-Fi. Location convenient to the yoga festival we were attending (less than 10 minutes away from Maxwell Park) and Water Canyon Winery was only a block away. A friendly neighborhood cat visited us everyday on the patio.

Nobody was in the office for the check-in/check-out process…there was a note on the door with a number to call. Received key code via text message (which my friend said was kind of normal nowadays with Airbnb…I’ve just never experienced it before). My friend who is sensitive to fragrances thought the air freshener in the room was too strong.

This place is nothing like staying at a hotel or inn. This is getting a home near Zion. The units are very well equipped. We got one fully equipped (literally it has everything a modern home has) and one not fully equipped (sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker), but both are very comfortable. Huge TVs to relax after going to Zion, spacious... It's all good there! Tip: Drive 3 mins to Arizona border and there is an amazing grocery store where you can buy drinks!

Not that I didn't like, because we knew, but maybe a reminder that these are 45 mins away from the entrance of ZNP.

- staff was helpful and proactive about checkin and checkout - the room felt airbnb-like, very homey and nice when you're not in a typical hotel for once. lots of room for two with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and spacious bedroom with storage space for clothes. - kitchenette was filled with tea and coffee options. - it was really convenient for us to stay there and then drive to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would have loved to stay longer, but we headed to the Grand Canyon after a few nights. - probably the cheapest deal in the area. - there are supermarkets in close proximity.

- the heating system wasn't always responsive/ a little difficult to figure out at times - kitchen could be better equipped

Everything was wonderful, except for the smell of the room. The staff were excellent, facilities excellent, breakfast was adequate (not great, but good enough)

Our room had a distinct unpleasant smell to it. To me, it smelled like damp dog. It was strong. I didn't say anything about it because we didn't want to have to change rooms once we got there.

Super clean, comfortable beds, large living area, large bathroom and walk in shower, soft bath towels, lavender/sage liquid hand soap, patio with table and chairs, refrigerator with separate freezer, complimentary bottled water and snacks, 8 pillows, super easy check-in and out, quiet from road noise, great value! Wish I was staying an extra day.

This was an unbelievable room. It was clean, spacious and had everything we could have wanted. Really great location with spectacular views. I cant say enough good things about this room. It was awesome!

There is nothing about this room or our stay that I would say anything negative about.

The property had every modern convenience. It was beautifully appointed. Large and spacious, comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator, large counters and storage. Lovely small patio. Brand new property.

BE AWARE if you are visiting Zion NP this property is not 13 miles from Springdale as advertised. It is 53 miles and almost a hour drive. This property is located in the middle of no where. Only 3 places to eat and one is a subway inside a gas station. The others all close at 8:00. one was not open on Sunday. No ice machine on property I was told to buy ice at the gas station down the street. We wanted ice for drinks There is no one at the property if you need help. Every interaction was done by text. No only cleanliness issue was a blood stain in one of the comforters. Ewe!!

Ours was a suite with a kitchenette and we were satisfied with it. It was pretty well furnished and the bed was comfortable. There were no drinking glasses in the kitchen, but we were provided with them when we asked.

We thought the area around there was not at all set up for tourists. We drove all over looking for a restaurant and found nothing but fast-food type places. We did find a place to buy groceries a few miles up the road in Arizona.

The suite itself was brand new & very comfortable.

Check in was very awkward as there is no one there so you have to call a number. Because we were from Canada, our phones didn’t work so we had to contact a neighboring business to place a call for us. Not pleasant when you are tired from a busy day of traveling. Also it’s right on the highway so lots of traffic noise.

The area was beautiful (the town is spread out along sandstone cliffs), the facility itself was well cared for and clean, it was well furnished (full size fridge and stove/oven, etc), and very reasonable cost for what you receive. The staff was helpful and obviously cares about the place. It was a good stay and I would stay there again.

It was about an hour from Zion (as opposed to a half hour from Hurricane), but the extra drive was well worth it because the price was so much better for what you get.
