This place is perfectly located on the main road through Moab and a short drive to the entrance of Arches National Park! They allow a late check-in which was nice as we came in around midnight after a long drive. The front desk isn’t manned but has a kiosk where a remote employee helps to check you in. They were extremely friendly and the check-in/out process was very simple. The room was pretty good for a budget motel. There was some hair in the shower drain and a couple small areas that could’ve been cleaner but overall a great stay in the budget motel category!

Oops. I was told Inca inn no longer did breakfast. The front desk said since it was on the website when I booked months ago I could probably go to your other motel for it. But we traveled with all we needed in our cooler so we did our own breakfast and it was fine!!

See above. Also, we did get a GREAT rate because we booked months in advance. But we also often travel on the fly and it would have not worked for us for the rate to be almost double what we paid!! I think a room should be a set price based on weekend/midweek/season etc.

Great area, very close to all the national parks + a middle eastern restaurant right around the corner of the motel which was a great place to end up after all the long hikes :-) Check-in happened via a kiosk/webcamera but we have seen the front office agent in the webcamera which put our travelling experience to a next level! It might happened via a webcamera but still felt the personal connection with the receptionist. Good place to stay!

The Inca Inn was a good location and had all the basic facilities you would expect of a motel. The bathrooms seemed newly redone and were very nice with hot water. The free breakfast was basic but had everything we needed to start off the day well and enjoy Moab and Arches!

It would be great to have a water kettle that we could use more for tea. The coffee kettle gave everything a coffee aftertaste and since I am allergic, made me very ill. The check-in process was odd without someone at the front desk.

Although the Inca Inn is an older motel, our room was large, clean and remodeled. Bed was very comfortable. In addition to the standard suitcase rack, Inca actually has a bench for a hard-sided suitcase so both sides could lay flat. Most hotels, even $400 per night and up, only have luggage racks that accomodate traditional soft-sided suitcases which open from the top. Bathroom was updated with 12 x 18 ceramic tile in tub/shower and large sink. Refrigerator and microwave were very useful. Check in was easy and fast. The clerk was very friendly. The breakfast was not a huge buffet, but it was more than I thought it would be. Eggs, sausage, cereal, doughnuts, etc. Inca was perfect for our 11 day stay in Moab.

The hotel's location was the highlight. It was conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, and shopping. Overall, I had an exceptional stay. The service, accommodations, and location were all outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay." Special Thanks to the manager Ajit. He was very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Can't beat the Inca Inn for the price ($50 per night Thanksgiving weekend?!). The room was small but had what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. It's not the kind of room you'd want to spend a lot of time in, but works great for a good nights sleep after a day on the trails.

The parking lot is extremely small and there were a lot of large vehicles! The shower was also quite small although had plenty of hot water and decent water pressure.

The breakfast in the neighbour Motel Adventures INN was very good with fresh fruits and the Chief there was a very nice and welcoming person! Thanks again for this!

As in every Hotel or Motel in the USA, to mush dishes is in plastic or carton and produce a mountain of garbage ! The communication with INCA-Inn was non-existent, only computer mails, reception closed, the only person we spoke with was the very nice chief of Adventures Inn (neighbour Motel, both belong to the same proprietor).

Very friendly check in. Located where we wanted to be. Everything was clean and worked. Right down the street from Monte Carlo which is a good steak house

It was on a very busy road so there was a lot of traffic noise. I just kept the fan on the AC going so it drowned it out. If you are sensitive to noise you might not like this
