The property was easy to get to. Staff was extremely accommodating. Friendly and willing to do anything to help.
the courtyard doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It was a little bit dry and needed some landscaping. The outdoor barbecues could be protected a little bit more to make them more inviting to be used. The rooms are quite small but compared to the fees of the other hotels in the area this is a great option. After all you’re not there to stay in the room you’re out there to have adventures in this beautiful country

Location! 10 minutes from Arches, 5 min from 2 breweries. We went in expecting 2* and weren't disappointed. The check-in kiosk was surprisingly efficient, even though weird to us. The whole place is solar powered. Breakfast had more choices than expected. Coffee and check in is 24 hours. No carpet in rooms, felt more sterile.
Right on the main drag, a bit noisy at times, lots of big trucks rolling through town. Blanket was too coarse. Not enough outlets (but each bedside lamp has an outlet for phone charging), made "in room coffee" on the night stand so we chuckled and started calling it "night stand coffee", really wasn't that big a big deal. Overall, the place is perfectly fine if you're just looking to sleep and store your stuff while you explore the amazingness around you .

I had a fantastic stay here! The breakfast was varied and filling - a mix of hot and cold options. Amazing! The bed was comfortable, and 2 types of pillows were provided for me to choose from. The room and lobby were aesthetically pleasing. The coffee maker in the room was a Godsend.
The only things that could be improved are that since the AC/heating unit isn’t central, it does make some noise, and it only heats the room, itself, leaving the bathroom the temperature of outside. But even so, I would totally stay here again!! It wasn’t a big drawback.

VERY GOOD BREAKFAST - scrambled egg, sausages good bread selection, and drinks. Quickly replenished. Better than some of the overhyped hotel. I hope the hotel will keep this. Easy check in and out Good value for money in Moab
It can be a tricky to drive into the narrow driveway and parking spot, coming from the main road FROM the Arches direction. The breakfast room/registration desk is too small and can get crowded during breakfast time. Made up for by the good breakfast. Bathroom can be a bit small for big people. Shower stall did not have a curtain to separate it from the toilet bowl. Husband had to ask for it. Shower stall wall was not thoroughly clean.

The breakfast was good and they always replenished the food so they never ran out. The cleaning man helped us load our luggage. The front desk people were so kind to us, helped us during breakfast and were super.
Everything was great with the exception that we checked out 2 days early because of health. We assumed we would automatically get our re3fund since you had already charged our card. When we didn't. we contacted Adventure and they refunded the one day charged through them. We kept waiting for Booking to refund our second day, and found out that you do not refund unless within 48 hours. We are very disappointed and hurt by this and hope you will reconsider. All at the motel was so great. We are sorry to have this situation leave a bad feeling. Please reconsider and credit our refund. Thank you.

Perfect location, just out of town but still in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Large, clean room. Nice outdoor area to sit and watch the afternoon go by. We had booked the wrong room initally but the manager Aji who was so lovely and accommodating sorted it out for us straight away. There is a really good Mediterranean resturant a couple of doors up called The Sultan, food was amazing!

.Our room was quite big, basic, but clean and pleasant . The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast could be better. But a nice choice of juices and coffee all day. Close to town. There was a Laundromat which we needed after 2 weeks on the road! AJI, the Manager, was the best! Always a smile and cheery word, always ready to help and advise. He's the treasure of Adventure Inn.
.Only toast at breakfast to go with eggs and sausage...no English muffins or bagels. Could offer honey and jam other than grape! No pancakes or waffles.

Love the location (8 mins to The Arches),breakfast has a lot of choices, which is rare for free breakfast. Drinks, yogurt are always available all day long. I was able to pack something to go as we had to leave early in the morning to catch the sunrise at the Arches. Really happy to have sausage and bagels in the wilderness after a long and strenuous hike to the delicate arch!
I extended one night stay but was charged higher price than the first night for staying in the same room.

The location as close to Arches National Park. The breakfast was decent. scrambled eggs and sausage plus toast, bagels, fruit, juice, cold cereal and yogurt.
The checkin was on a kiosk. They couldn’t help with a booking issue. We had added a day and didn’t want to change rooms. After the first night I spoke with someone on site and they had to call the manager in from another property to take care of it. It was a hassle but she was able to handle it. very frustrating though.

We had reserved a small "value" room but it was much better than we expected! The staff was very helpful...breakfast was good...location was also good. Very safe area...could walk to downtown and short drive to Arches.
Moab prices are way out of line! We stayed 2 nights rather than 3 because of high rates...even if booking value/budget rooms months in advance.
