The room was excellent, quiet and comfortable, even if one reserved to invalid guests (and this was not our case!). The cleaning was excellent, even it was necessary to ask for, it looks like a forgotten room. The tents are of excellent construction with perfect shading of the sun.

The breakfast could be better than the price of the room, not more than enough, no bacon for eggs (never seen in the United States), little space not always clean to eat with the doors often open to the cold outside

First off, I love the fact that they have a hotel dog, her name is Millie, SO CUTE!! The staff is great, I liked my room, everything was nice and clean. Pet friendly with a nice flat fee. I did like that they have transportation and bikes for you to ride. Hyatt is definitely a keeper. I can't wait to come back. Thank you 😊

Accommodations $140+ I'm not sure exactly for what. Assuming it was for the bike ride.... Otherwise, no complaints

Breakfast was excellent.

The write ups of the property stated you have a restaurant. It was not a restaurant. So tiny and overrated. The parking could be better. You were under construction and was not mentioned. Other than that it was a good property to stay. Also the shuttle information could have been better. It was confusing. It runs every 30 minutes.

Great location, nicely appointed and modern hotel, and nice rooms. The rooms were fairly clean.

During the height of the pandemic resurgence, none of the hotel’s staff (including those preparing and serving food at breakfast) wore masks. The hotel did not require nor did it encourage guests to wear masks or social distance. Breakfast was weak, yet adequate — stale churos cut up and sprinkled with melted chocolate chips is not breakfast and powdered eggs were gross; there were no to-go containers for those who didn’t want potential exposure to COVID.

It was a perfect overnight stay on our 2- day journey from Southern California to north central Wyoming. Except for one thing . . .

We had just adopted my father’s dog after his death in mid-November, and driving back to our home in Wyoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find so many choices in pet friendly accommodations in Park City, UT. However, it wasn’t such a nice surprise when we were charged an additional $75 for a “pet cleaning fee”. We would have liked to know this upfront, even if we decided to stay there, but it was never mentioned during the reservation process.

Super clean, well laid out space in the room, outdoor jacuzzi, good breakfast. This is our "go to" hotel whenever we visit Park City. It provides easy access to some great restaurants in Kimball Junction and is a quick and easy drive into Park City proper.

Pillows not very comfortable. We usually bring our own pillows to all hotels, but we forgot about it this trip. Everything else was just perfect!

the staff was exceptional! everyone went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. lobby had fireplace, nice seating areas, tv booths, work station, hot & cold drinks.

Initially we were in a room in a separate building ,where we had to go up outdoor steps or ramp to get to room. iIn winter this was unexpected and inconvenient. also, the ‘no refund’ policy is very strict.’. For that reason, would choose other brand over Hyatt in the future. Bedding was average. Covers light with no spares.

ALL Staff was very polite & friendly room was clean & quiet lobby/bar was very comfortable and relaxing. met very nice people. breakfast was exceptionally good and great choices to eat. Starbucks coffee a bonus too! happy hour was fun with delicious finger foods parking was well lighted and safe @ nite. Really nice hotel and staffed very well

Our stay could have been longer at this location...next time!

everything except the transport. II read there was shuttle service to ski areas; there was not and the transit service was not as advertised ( once waited almost 1 hour), and the drop off stop was about 1 block or so in busy large road

it was good. the separation from building to central area and wished there was a steam sauna and SKI SHUTTLE transport

The room size, breakfast options (yogurt, fruit), the front desk guy was friendly. If they eliminated the negatives, they could easily top to 9.

There was NO internet in the room, you could not even purchase an upgrade to get something, very disappointing as for Hyatt. Be aware that the bathroom doors do not close, they slide, and are of glass, which results in less privacy than you could expect. The housekeeping service enters the room without knocking and then without apologizing.
