I liked everything about the property, it was clean, the staff were very friendly. everything was walking distance. they had a family dollar across the street which was very convinient as well as a Mc Donald’s for the kids. I loved how free breakfast was included in the hotel stay. The experience was well worth it I recommend for anyone to stay in this hotel. I was very impressed I must say.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about the property everything was excellent.

The pool was pretty large and the hot tub was nice sized as well. Bathrooms near by were super helpful as opposed to running across the hotel to get back to the room. Breakfast was super nice and open til 930. That's better than average and the selection was restocked it seemed. Also it's difficult to find a cat-friendly hotel. They did move us into a different room to handle that but honestly that made it easier for us.

I had a faulty key, but that is beyond minor and I was only there for a night so I didn't ask for assistance

Location was fine, didn't eat breakfast. Staff very polite and friendly.

Very dated, no elevator. Walls in room were very dirty, had drips of dry liquids on them. Bath tub was chipping quite heavily. Finish literally flaked off during shower.

Clean Comfortable rooms, pet friendly, staff was very nice too.

We were on the street side and it was quite noisy. The breakfast definitely needs some work, only low carb option was eggs that had no taste. Surprised they can't even make fresh coffee, the coffee machine they had made horrible coffee.

The lady checking us in and the lady helping us when we were swimming on Sunday morning were so great and helpful. Great breakfast and clean.

The night male clerk at the desk in Saturday was rude and seemed put off when we asked for towels for the pool. We had to ask 4 times before he would get us any. He was busy watching videos on his phone than doing his job.

Breakfast was great. Missed the sausage with the great scrambled eggs. Lots of room to eat. Stations easily accessed. Bonus to have two waffle stations and two different varieties of waffle batter! Very, very clean!!!!

Taking away the sausage was a big disappointment.

The pool and hot tub are awesome and the breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. The location was also perfect for us, just off the freeway.

We liked everything. We reserved 6 rooms for 11 adults and 12 kids. We enjoyed the kitchen in the evening with popcorn and hot chocolate that we brought while we watched the Grinch and played games. Cleaned it up. We used the pool at least 3 times. Everyone really enjoyed our family reunion. It was close to events in Mona and Santaquin and Payson. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. We should have stayed two.

Breakfast could have had more options like making a sandwich of some kind having just egg was kinda upsetting obviously the waffles I love so much and the coffee was great!!

The pool and hot tub combo was awesome. One of the best! Kids loved it! Locker room style for dressing at the pool but some showers weren't working. Continental hot breakfast was a great variety of options. We would stay again!

They are understaffed and room cleaning missed a couple items, but it was much cleaner than some we've seen. We gave a little grace, it is showing it's age and staff shortage.
