The location was perfect. Close to all our activities and good food. The bed, pillows and shower were good. Staff were friendly and professional.

The breakfast was pretty basic. It was okay, but limited. Half the location and parking lot were designated as 'student housing.' There were some loud study group conversations going on, but wrapped up before 10 pm. There were at least 4 police cars outside when we returned from dinner one night. I asked the desk clerk about 'all the excitement' and she just shrugged her shoulders and said, 'teenagers; what can you do?!' So, I have no idea what that was about.

Parking was easy, easy and close freeway access, close to shops and restaurants. The beds/linens were SO comfortable. Thankful the rooms had options for constant fan as we need cool air/white noise to sleep. Loved that the pool was open until midnight.

I cant think of anything we didnt like about the property other than maybe a "closing" time for the laundry room. We had a funeral to go to during our trip and I had to wake up super early to wash clothes instead of being able to wash them the night before (funeral prep).

The staff Cheyenne was such a sweet and Mazi my person. Even though she was working all day Christmas Day she still had a smile on her face and was so respectful and kind.

One of the staff I didn’t get her name was very rude. We just got downstairs for breakfast we haven’t had anything on our plates but she was really rude to us. I get it that the people before us maybe had made a mess or whatever, and also she was working on the holiday but we didn’t deserve to be treated like crap.

There is an amazing and extremely friendly employee named Cheyenne that works here. She was super welcoming and was excited to meet my pets and made sure we were all comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It is a great location, great value, clean, and the people there were super nice.

I think the breakfast options are a little on the low side however, it was about the right value for the money. I also think the hot tub gauge/timer was broken when we were there. The water was not super hot and the jets were not as powerful as I would expect.

This is my fifth (?) stay here. It is midway between my three girls and their families. University Parkway is a major thoroughfare, and has plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. It also leads to State St which has even more places to visit. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is delicious, same things every morning, which is fine with me. I needed help with my computer and the TV. Two desk clerks (different nights) came and solved the problems. I requested no housekeeping through my stay, and that was honored. Very nice and friendly people work here.

In the dining room, the plastic forks and spoons should be handle out so that the tines of the forks and the bowls of the spoons are not touched when one is removed. This is literally the only complaint that I had.

Close to the University

It needs a make over. In the pool area on the top of the ceiling, big pieces of the ceiling are ready to fall down in big pieces. The hot tub has black around it lime mold. Towels were done in the pool area. Had to ask for more. Took a long time.

Nice room size and very comfortable bed.

Side door didn't open with room key. Had to wait til another guest saw us trying to get in and opened the door. Breakfast lady was very rude. Just bullied her way in front of you to wipe counter, that wasn't even dirty, or check food. She just glared at you and didn't say a word.. Others said she was rude too. Eggs were cold and sausage were horrible weird taste.

nice facility, comfortable bed, nice breakfast (a second waffle machine would be great) and the staff was SO nice and very responsive to a couple of needs we had.

could not figure out how to use the card reader at the end doors so always needed to come in the front door. I have a dog do I was out quite a bit.

We have stayed here before and is close to where we wanted to be. Easy access to the freeway, is quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

While it is nice to have doughnuts right next door, it may not be the best when it is national doughnut day and they are giving away free doughnuts...the line of cars made it difficult to access the hotel. Lol.

Employees all were above and beyond helpful. The maids awesome, the desk clerks awesome. Close to shopping and pizza hut and electronics / battery store, and Krispy Kreme donuts . The breakfasts - 6:30- 9:30- healthy- fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, cereals, yogurt, coffees, teas, juices. The three of us were there 6 days. Wonderful experience. I could Live there.🙂

I lost my charger power box. Two maids searched high and low. Very concerned. I found it in my suitcase in my car trunk.
