The Baymont was very nice and quite convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We walked to a nearby restaraunt, so we didn't have to drive anywhere to eat. I would recommend the Baymont.

The brerakfast was very simple and basic. It was adequate for us, but some folks might want a more robust breakfast.

Room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was nice, and check in was simple, easy and quick. Nice space and plenty of amenities. I got in late and just slept and left early the next morning.

The TV did not fully work. The remote wouldn't work and all the channels were not working. Other than that it was good. I did not do much but sleep and then left the next morning early.

I am handicapped and really need the desk chair. It was the pits. All torn apart. We stayed the week before, and after we left, I found a bunch of really good chairs at the thrift store, and even called to let them know about it. However, on our returned trip back we still had the same chair. The breakfasts are always the same. We would like to see more variety.

Clean rooms and comfy beds with pet friendly rooms. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool and hot tub area was foggy but we still enjoyed it. 😊😊 The front desk workers were amazing! Housekeepers was amazing!

The ice machine on the first floor didn't have ice. 😭

No elevator to get to upper floors. It was difficult getting luggage upstairs. I didn’t see that advertised anywhere. However I would stay at this hotel. Nice overall.

Excellent location, excellent price! Not the fanciest by far but definitely gets the job done if you need a cheap place to stay near BYU.

The breakfast leaves something to be desired. The doors slam loudly. The gym had one set of dumbbells. The furniture is a bit shabby.

The room I stayed in was big. And the bed was very comfortable. It also had a bathtub that could probably fit 5 people at the same time. The tub was huge. And it had jets.

The hotel was a bit old. Which I didn't mind. But the carpet in my room was so old it just looked dirty. The hotel definitely could use some TLC.

Very dissatisfied with the furniture. The desk chair was awful. All torn up. I even called the next day as I had found some nice chairs at a great price and told them about it. Hoping they would be replaced when we came through the next week. Nope still the same beat up chair.

Unexpected balcony with very affordable room. Lovely views. Comfortable room. Funky, odd, kind of building layout. Extra large fridge. Very affordable. Good value, charm for the budget price.

Shower didn't work (or I could not operate it.) Only 1 roll of toilet tissue in the room. Security lock on door broken. Outlet on bedside light so close to light base charger adapter would not fit. No 'Do Not Disturb' sign in room to hang on door. Carpets, furniture little run down.

I don't recall if there was very limited breakfast or no breakfast. I went elsewhere for breakfast. The location was a bit tricky but that was okay because it was a very quiet area in walking distance to restaurants and a few shops. It was clean and the beds and linens were nice.

We called the front desk because the toilet wouldn't flush when we got there. They brought us a plunger but we had to do the plunging ourselves.
