What I liked the most is that it was clean and it smelled good..it smelled fresh and clean..the staff was professional and attentive..all our needs were met..there were enough towels and amenities for 4 people..loved that.. Most hotels, no matter how many stars they have... they give you a tiny shampoo 🙄 and a couple of towels... here you won't have that problem 😍... the price was good... really good... we hope to return soon 🥰

There is no covered access point between the parking lot and the hotel. It was raining and we got wet going in and out. That was uncomfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff there was attentive and kind to the patrons. He was on top of getting food out, keeping it warm, and making the eating spaces clean and lovely. The exercise facilities were quite good as well. There were weights and machines enough for a surprisingly difficult workout.

The receptionist accidentally charged me twice. We eventually got it sorted out. I also would have liked more pictures of the room and a note that the pool was an outdoor pool. We were a bit disappointed about that.

Breakfast was terrific! Every morning provided for a wide variety, a lot of choices to choose from and as a bonus, everything tasted fantastic! The room was spacious, lots of room and the bathroom was large and comfortable too. Our King Bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a wonderful night of sleep each night. And the fitness facility was also equally terrific! And lastly, having stayed at a lot of hotels throughout the U.S., I was much impressed with how quiet it was, even with all the patrons that were staying during our week.

Paying for parking ($10/day) was a surprise and a rather big turn off. I did not recall seeing that on the website prior to booking my room. Had I, I would have gone elsewhere because I have never had to pay for parking at any hotel or vacation rental I've stayed at. Moreover, the parking structure which was covered was nice, but it was a small distance from the hotel and the motion lights would only stay on for a few seconds, yet those weren't the problem, it was just having to pay the additional $10 per day to park which I found unusual. Lastly, the entryway into the hotel was very small and required tight turning to get back onto the road, and it did not accommodate more than two smaller vehicles to check-in.

Hotel staff is always super helpful and accommodating to requests. I had a couple questions and changes to make with my reservation that they were able to help me with even though I reserved the room through booking.com. rooms were great, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and the area around the hotel was fantastic. There are so many great places within walking distance from the hotel that you really don’t need to drive. I grew up in Provo and stay here when I’m back in town visiting family. As a local I can confidently tell you that this is absolutely the best location to stay and the best pick for hotels.

The parking. There isn’t any. You can either park across the street in another hotels parking garage and pay $25 a day, or you park around the block on the other side of a construction site until this hotels parking garage is completed. it’s not bad and the hotels area makes up for it since everything is in walking distance already. it’s just hard if you are like me and leave stuff in your car and have to make a 5 min walk to go get it.

Good breakfast, nice layout, facilities were fairly new. Staff was very pleasant!!

Parking was an extra $10 a night. Apparently there is no other option that I saw. No street parking nearby, so we had to use the extra cost ramp next door. We don't understand why taller toilets aren't the new normal in hotel construction these days. As seniors, which appears to be about 50% of all travelers, why aren't we accommodated with this little extra? They don't seem to cost any more...

The beds were the best we had ever stayed in. The hotel felt well kept, and I even liked watching a staff member clean each and every leaf on the plants.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock. Also, the sliding bathroom door was noisy when someone would close it to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hide-a-bed sheet had stains on it.

Your dog policy of 75.00 is the highest I've been unfortunate to find for a 12 lb poddle. I used a different sight to make my reservations which showed there would be a charge. Having traveled extensively with my dog, the average price I have payed has been between $15.00 an $50.00, Your $75.00 amounted to an additional 70% to my bill, Really? Needles to say Hyatt and it Associtates are no longer part of my travel sights.

Everything went well for our stay. However the parking structure was not yet finished for parking at the Hyatt. So that was somewhat of an inconvenience everything looked brand new. But it would’ve been nice if they could’ve coordinated the structure for parking Being finished at the same time the hotel itself was finished. But overall very nice hotel great stay

I would just say make sure that your parking structure is ready for your guests to park at the same time or before the hotel is finished and ready for customers

Receptionist, Emma solved a very serious problem for me due to a car accident of my colleagues' wife back in UK. She took the initiative and when booking didn't allowed me to stay alone, and changed my reservation saving me hundreds of dollars. Little did she know that I will have groups travelling to the area for the next year and will send them to her!

Hotel was good, staff were good, location was good for restaurants, parking was supplied by hotel, just had to find pull in for check in

Unfortunately the people above us were very noisy bed squeaked stomping across floor, woke us up at 4:30 am, hotel needs to fix so you don't hear noise from other rooms
