This was a beautiful, clean newer hotel so close to Zion we could walk to the main gate. The breakfast was delicious. My daughter especially enjoyed the pancakes with chocolate chips and whipped cream. The coffee was fresh and hot. The workout room was clean, well equipped and spacious. There were numerous water bottle filling stations conveniently located in the lobby and near the ice machines. Our room had plenty of space for all 6 of us and it had a great balcony with views of the amazing landscape around. My kids enjoyed the outdoor salt water pool. The hotel provided a few floaters for younger guests to use in he pool as well.

The location was perfect, right outside of Zion National Park. Because we wanted to be on the first park shuttle each morning, we were gone before breakfast was ready. That was not an issue for us though. We chose the hotel because of the close proximity to the park. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had water filling stations and views were amazing from the property. We didn’t want room service while we were there but staff did leave off a basket of towels, coffee and soap outside the door. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning was cool after a hot day of hiking. We didn’t take advantage of it, but the hotel had fire pits for roasting marshmallows and gathering around it. Located at shuttle stop 4, it was quick & easy to get in and out of the park.

The refrigerator in our room was turned up, so it took a full day to cool our water. We didn’t realize it when we initially put our water in it, several hours later we realized the water wasn’t cooling off and it had been bumped up so we turned it back down.

property was very clean! hot tub was spacious and hot (very hot, felt good in the cooler outside temps). we loved our rooms and the staff was great to accommodate our friends to have a room next to us. most importantly, all staff were so kind and helpful. they always went out of their way to say hi and offer tips for dining and exploring Zion. Michael in the breakfast lounge was so nice and made sure everyone had enough to eat, while also being personable. also loved the hot chocolate and coffee that was available all day. used the gym and it was so clean.

the only thing I’d recommend is having a heated pool. a lot of guests were bummed to not be able to get in the pool, as it was so cold!

Room was great. Staff was fantastic. I happen to talk to the manager a few times and he was the most friendly person I interacted with over the past week (we travelled the Utah 5 national parks). Breakfast was great. What we loved, besides the staff… was the maid service. We left a do not disturb sign, and when we got back from a long day of hiking, there was a small basket at the door with fresh towels, soap, TP, coffee. It was everything we needed. It was awesome. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences we had in a long time.

This is hard, as we had such a great experience. This is a tiny… bathroom needs a soap dish. That’s it.

The property is very close to the Park (10 minutes walking), very pleasant during the day and night, Staff is AMAZING, the gave us several tips from the park and surroundings, also recommended excellent places to eat. the room is good and very clean.

The ONLY thing that was related to my room was the noisy air conditioner, but this does not disqualify the rest of them, also, I could claim for a new room, but it was not that bad.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location and layout of the hotel (multiple smaller two story buildings) created a very pleasant atmosphere. It was quiet and peaceful with incredible views from our window. The hot tub and pool are very nice and the hot tub was especially enjoyable in the cold February weather. The staff was very proactive, personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food that was well prepared/available. In a word, excellent!

The front desk staff members were all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff was excellent and made you feel really welcome also. The housekeeper was very kind and did a great job in our room as well. We also loved the fire pits, pool and we loved the proximity to Zion and the shuttle stops. We will be back!

The only things would be the water softener burns my skin so showers and hand washing hurt me, and I wish it was scent free laundry detergent for my asthma and allergy issues, but aside from that, it was a win.

Amazing location, fantastic included breakfast, and comfortable beds. We were in a 2-queen room on the bottom floor and were surprised how quiet it was. Although a little pricy, we highly recommend renting e-bikes just across the street from the hotel. The bikes are surprisingly easy to ride, even with a 10 year old on the back, and allow you to explore so much more than you can by bus or on foot.

For the price/night, we were disappointed to be in a room that was relatively small, bottom floor, with a view of the pool gate.

everything was perfect!! so clean, great room with comfortable beds, little balcony, ours had a mini fridge and coffee. quiet room. breakfast outstanding—eggs bacon potatoes and tons of other items but best part was the big bowl of cut up melons—yum!! staff was so friendly and helpful. laundry was great—staff had detergent for sale and change for us. shuttle into park from stop right in front of hotel. loved every moment here and will def stay again❤️❤️Thank you staff for all your hard work!!

For a town and hotel only a few minutes from Zion National Park, this is worth every penny. Free breakfast which saves money for your entire stay and allows to buy gifts and try out dinner spots in the town. Staff give you a flyer with all the shops in town too. Rooms very clean and plenty of space. Overall for visiting Zion National Park and a few hours from Bryce Canyon, this is worth every penny, free parking and overall best for a budget travel too!
