Loved the provided breakfast, staff was nice. the shuttles were convenient, and a lot of shops/restaurants were close to us.

We had issues with the air conditioning. It wasn't working when we checked in and told the front desk. We went out for a while and were expecting the issue to be fixed or find another room. When we got back to the hotel we asked about what was being done about the air, the front desk told us to ask the air conditioning workers instead of finding out what was going on themselves or finding us a room with air. We had to ask for a new room on our own, it was not offered. The temperature in our room when we originally checked in was 82, was 85 degrees when we came back for going out for a bit, and it was over 110 degrees outside that day.

Room and property have a terrific view of the mountain and is set back from the main road so it is quiet and peaceful. Room was large and well stocked with soap (Kleenex were a little rough on the nose.) AC system worked well. VERY nice private balcony with chairs. We greatly appreciated the "White Noise" box that was near the TV, though we didn't find it until the 2nd night. GREAT LOCATION and TERRIFIC BREAKFAST at Porter's (was included). The free bus to ZION stops at the top of the parking lot (where it meets the street).

The room should have been a little cleaner. I stepped on a fish hook left by a previous occupant that was on the floor, near the desk. There was WAY TOO MUCH LIGHT from the A/C unit, clock, smoke detector and hair dryer. NONE of these could be covered (maybe the clock). The curtain also let in a lot of outside light, but that was NOT the main source of room light.

Great location located right outside Springdale shuttle stop 5. Staff was great! They were friendly and helpful (they let us park our car before check in so we could explore Zion earlier). The breakfast vouches to Porters was extremely convenient and surprising amazing. Our group tried the chicken fried chicken which came with eggs, mini potatoes, and choice of bread, the biscuits and gravy, and the breakfast omelet. All of it was 5/5, I asked my entire group and that breakfast was a highlight. At the end of trip we decided to get ice cream for the drive out, and that too was great. We tried the ice cream in many flavors (they have an 8 flight course) and all were amazing. We also tried their huckberry pie and shakes and again 5/5. Will be staying at this location when we inevitably visit Zion again.

Could not think of anything. Ask my group and neither could they.

The staff was very kind and extremely helpful during our stay. They made our time at Bumbleberry spectacular. The rooms are very basic, but that isn't to say that they weren't in a great location from Zion. The check-in area has DVDs and books to rent, which was a nice plus! (We watched Goonies during our stay, a classic!) The rooms were clean and the surrounding areas were clean as well. Breakfast is served via a voucher to take over to Porter's, a restaurant in front of the hotel. That was an extraordinary deal as you get a whole breakfast meal (roughly $30 total for two people) included with your reservation. Make sure to tip the servers at Porter's, they are great!

I don't have much that we didn't like. The only thing I can think of is that the rooms are more basic than other hotels we've stayed at in the area. However, when you're in Springdale/Zion National Park, you don't spend much time inside your room so it wasn't really an issue.

The breakfast was the best and well beyond our expectations. We remarked about that daily. The restaurant was right around the corner and a very high end breakfast compared to the typical hotel breakfast. The location of the Inn couldn’t have been more perfect. We parked our car and never needed it until we checked out. The Inn was right in the middle of everything, yet quiet and restful, and the shuttle to Zion stopped right in front of the hotel about every five minutes.

I wish the hot tub would have been working and the ice maker was out of order.

We loved Bumbleberry Inn. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were not expecting a refrigerator, but were pleased to have one. The best feature of our 2nd floor room was the view of the mountains. Spectacular! It was awesome to have a balcony too. The breakfasts at Porter's were excellent. It was SO good, our friends left their more expensive hotel Ddown the road, and ate with us every morning. The proximity of Bumbleberry to the entrance of Zion was perfect. We could have easily walked. The gift shop was fantastic, with the best selection of items I've seen in similar stores. I booked The Bumbleberry based on the reviews and the price. I hope my review inspires o thers to experience this wonderful gem in Springdale.

Nothing to report here.

Loved the room, especially the great view from the balcony. Every single person in this hotel and in Springdale is just so nice. Felt very welcome. Great to relax in the pool and hot tub after a long day in Zion NP. The delicious and generous breakfast gives you energy for the whole day. The whole town has such a relaxed atmosphere, would have loved to stay longer just to relax. The proximity to Zion and the bus stop right in front of the hotel are a big plus.

The Bumbleberry Inn in Springdale is a landmark independent hotel/motel that I feel fortunate to have stayed at. Just down the main street linking Zion National Park to the hotels and restaurants of Springdale, it makes a wonderfully central base to explore the area. Everything about the rooms seems to be very thoughtfully designed, from the efficient heating to the placement of light switches and power outlets; the intuitive design and obvious care put into the rooms was *very* noticeable after staying in other hotels for weeks during a very long road trip that ended here, and it ensured that our stay was fabulously comfortable. Breakfast is included via a restaurant voucher for Porter’s, in the same building as the bakery and gift shop. The food there is excellent and the portions are beyond what we could handle. Many restaurants are a very short walk away from the hotel. The hotel itself has a wonderful bakery and ice cream parlor with far too many delicious-looking items to sample with less than a full week here. The Zion Shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Ample parking is right next to the rooms. Laundry facilities at the rear of the property. And a small farm out back, full of gots, sheep, ducks, rabbits, a miniature pony, etc!

N/A, this was a top tier hotel experience.

The view was incredible. We woke up with a great view of the mountains and goat farm next door. Really enjoyed having coffee on the patio. Also the free breakfast at the restaurant nearby was excellent! So close to the park and in walking distance to everything in town.

I really can’t think of anything. Loved our stay. Staff was great, restaurant was good, rooms were big and comfortable. I wish we would’ve made more time in our day to use the pool and hot tub, but that’s it.

Amazing location, only 5min to visitor center via shuttle. Room was a nice size, microwave and fridge were great perks. Overall a nice stay and super convenient for a trip to Zion.

Arrived during a bad thunderstorm, were given a first floor room that had sandbags on the outside so that was a little concerning. Room was nice but could have been cleaner (hair on sheets, stains on pillowcase). Bed was very firm. Got in late the second night and forgot to grab breakfast vouchers (they told us we needed to get new vouchers every evening instead of just giving them to us all at once for some reason). Went in the morning at 7am and the lobby was closed, so we couldn't get vouchers for breakfast. Admittedly our fault but a heads up about the lobby closing would have been nice.
