This Lodge was so much better than we expected. The staff was great and we LOVED the views of the mountains from our patio. We also had a creek next to us and we saw deer! The Springfield shuttle (stop # 7) is just in front of the lodge and takes you to all the shops/restaurants in town and also takes you directly to Zion National Park. The room was spotless and grounds were nicely kept. We purchased the $8 breakfast vouchers for Oscar's Cafe from the front desk. It's 100% worth it. Their options were awesome and everything we ordered was delicious (Belgian Waffle Breakfast with eggs and sausage was a favorite)! I will definitely stay at Driftwood Lodge whenever I come back to Zion and will recommend it all my family & friends!

The location was wonderful, a town shuttle to Zion Park right out front. Our room was in a building at the back-left, the patio looking out over land to face the canyon walls, stunning.(some rooms face the river which is running low in Sept and not nearly as picturesque). The room was beautiful and comfortable, especially appreciated because I was sick when I arrived. More on location: The area in Springdale just outside Zion is touristy and congested (in a fun way though), but the lodge was just three minutes beyond on the part of the main road that starts to feel a little quieter. For now anyway, lots of new building going on in this area. It was very peaceful outside on our patio. Staff: husband said they guy was extremely chill and laid back, very helpful :) We arrived much later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, and he was great about it. After hiking in the canyon, the hot tub was wonderful.

A town shuttle stop was right out front, but very slow to arrive, nothing to do with the hotel really. Maybe they cut back on the number of shuttles mid-September?

The location and view from our second floor room and balcony was fabulous, looking north over a field with occasional deer and geese into Zion Canyon. The East Wall lit up at sunset. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a coffee bar and super bathroom. Vouchers to Oscars for breakfast beat most hotel breakfasts, and the King's Landing Restaurant next door was excellent. Bus service to town and the Park's Visitor Center was free and the pickup/dropoff stations could not have been closer.

It was a bit pricy, but I'd pay it again next time we visit Zion. Dresser space was limited, especially if four people were staying in the room. Bedside tables at each side of the two double beds would have been nice, rather than just one in the middle.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at Driftwood. I wish we would have planned a longer stay in Zion. Check in was a breeze and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic. What a view of the mountains! Plus, they keep the lighting as low as possible at night for maximum star gazing. We took advantage and used our patio chairs to plant ourselves in the middle of the grass and enjoy the show of shooting stars and a sky full of twinkle. Our room was very comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. Coffee maker and fridge provided. There is also a restaurant on site. If you've never been to Zion this is a perfect place to stay. Springdale is full of restaurants, shops, markets and rental companies for ebikes, hiking gear, narrows gears, etc. Driftwood Lodge is close to everything. You won't regret staying here.

Location is fabulous!! Scenery is beautiful surrounding the lodge. Love the connection with Oscars cafe and the $8 Breakfast voucher was Amazing!! Staff friendly

Pool area and sidewalk not well lit, such a fall hazard. I get your trying to help “light pollution” but this is a HAZARD!! The pool area is so dark even with the pool lit up… get some solar lights or something so we can see where we are walking. You do have to climb flights of stairs to get to room wasn’t hateful but between bad knee and asthma lugging bags checking in and out worst. We Could have used an extra chair or two on balcony there are only 2 chairs for a 4 person room. The Room pretty clean there were some obvious smudges of food or filthy hands from previous tenants that were not cleaned. However all linens and bathrooms clean so it was easy enough for me to wipe up a few smudges on walls.

The room was excellent with fridge and microwave. I could have used more plugs near the bed but it wasn't a big deal. River in the back of the facility was a huge plus for kids to enjoy the river right by the hotel. Having ice machine helped us have a very cold ice water in the thermo for the hike in Zion. The shuttle number is 7 and almost everyone gets on the shuttle at shuttle number 6, we were able to have a seat on the but to Zion visitor center without a problem. The breakfast was basically free every day at Oscar's cafe and they had excellent breakfast for adults and kids. Supermarket and eating places near by. I would def stay at this place again.

I could have used a little more countertop places with plugs by the bed but it wasn't a big deal.

The view from room looked out to a creek and mountains and was pleasant and very private. We had a ground floor room but heard no noise from above. The room's decor was clean and simple but with warm woods - I loved it. The bathroom was spacious with separate tub and large shower. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful. The location next to a shuttle stop to go into Zion NP was perfect. The hot tub was an added plus . The front desk staff person was so nice and saved us from taking a wrong turn using google maps - I called to verify and he led me back in the right direction.

I prefer carpeted floors in the bedroom but the LVP or laminate (not sure which) was attractive and in good shape. The parking was unassigned, and we arrived late and had to park some distance from our room. However, the walkways were well lit and we managed just fine with rolling suitcases.

Spacious room with big windows, private patio, excellent view of surrounding mountain landscape. Close to Springdale bus, providing easy access into Zion National Park (no need to worry about parking a car!). Excellent dinner at on-site restaurant. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect for soaking after long day of hiking. Refrigerator & microwave in room were helpful for prepping other meals. Pretty park-like setting, close to river. Friendly staff willing to help with any concerns.

Beds & pillows were a little off. Some of the wall outlets were not fully functioning and one light didn’t work.

Great location. Shuttle stop right out front. Great view from balcony, but...see below. Nice bed and pillows.

Nothing to be done but floorplan is odd with wasted space. Bathroom sink is strangely separated from tub and toilet. Furnishing in TV room is minimal and just didn't seem to fit the space (either a small sofa and coffee table or a small eating table and chairs would make more sense). Exposed TV cords a bit off-putting for a $300 plus room. Balcony view is great but only when standing since the railing is about four feet high with a wide top rail that blocks the view when sitting (1st world problem but still a little disappointing-maybe taller chairs and table would fix).

the view is amazing. room was clean, large. discounted breakfast voucher to Oscar's - highly recommend as the food was delicious.

Location is a bit farther than we expected - we visited over Memorial Day weekend so the shuttle system for Springdale was packed - no issues going to the park on the shuttle but coming back it was always overcrowded - it was a good 2 miles from the visitor center to the hotel (after hiking all day). There are no immediate restaurants near by - you must walk at least 0.5 miles before hitting the restaurants.
