Had someone upstairs walking or running across floor all night. We were only there for 7 hours. Easy access to airport. Found easily in dark coming in. Only negative was the carpet was very dirty, sticky, and gross. Had to wash my feet after showering before I put my shoes on. Price was way over inflated for leaf season which was ridiculous but this price was more reasonable than most. Price gauging at its best. Overall. A good place to sleep before an early flight next morning.

Room was decent, bathroom had hole in ceiling but that was only aesthetic I wish we’d had time for pool/jacuzzi . Facility located close to many attractions nice and quiet, bed comfy. Complimentary breakfast above and beyond the usual stale pastries Staff friendly and pleasant. Jacks grill nearby a decent place to eat and of course the Shelburne museum was a few minutes away

The staff was amazing. I was going through one of the toughest times of my life and the staff made me have happy moments in a very rough time. They were great when they realized that my daughter was sick and helped in anyway they could to make even just that one day a little easier for us.

Only complaint would be better signs pointing the way to the pool. That was difficult to find. Staff was great and someone walked us right to it. I guess we weren’t the only ones that had difficulty finding the pool.

Good value (some nights), it's a budget hotel but good breakfast and pool, friendly staff

The hotel is under repair, lots of broken things, pool room was too dark, hot tub in a dark corner and seemed like it might not be that clean. Security was pretty low, all doors unlocked all day. They have a great property but it needs updating.

1. The front desk staff, big shout out to Davene and Hadiya, were so helpful as well as the other staff. Really nice breakfast included. Clean rooms. 2. Great location. Very accessible to so many things.

I do not have anything negative to say, it was a lovely place.

The location, the price and the pool were the main reasons we stayed there.

The facilities are kind of run down, it looks like they're trying to upgrade so I can't fault them for that. Like many hotels in VT this one had full-time residents along with rentals. My husband's bed springs creaked when he moved during the night , which woke me up several times.

While the exterior of the motel was showing its age, the room was clean, comfortable and up to date with the modern conveniences of newer facilities. The inside pool and hot tub were well maintained and the breakfast was delicious and complete with waffles, eggs and a side meat as well as a large variety of continental type choices... something for everyone. We were pleased with our stay.

The pool was not difficult to get to, but because of some renovation, we were at first a little confused about how to get to it. Maybe a little more obvious sign or directions near the one posted inside the back door might have helped.

Needs better security procedures, pool room is dark & hot tub might need cleaning & updating, loud pump right next to it needs to be moved outside, would be nice to have a shower closer to the pool to rinse off

This hotel is located just south of Burlington - it seems like a very safe area. We only stayed for one night. There are sidewalks along the road that makes it easy for walking. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant.

Room was heated comfortably at occupancy. Cable tv was easy to use. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet fulfilled needs for morning before checkout, providing cereal, fruit and juice. Room provided coffee maker to provide hot water for french press coffee maker.

No complaints.
