Having never been to DC before, hotel staffperson Darius was SO helpful, recommending the restaurant next door at 11 pm when we got there, starving, and then helping figure out the metro system for the next day so we could leave the rental car there. When he had to tell us our 2-queen room reserved was not available and we had a fold-out couch instead, he "made it right." And I didn't expect a big city hotel to be so clean, thinking of NYC stays in the past. Thank you!

Upon entering the front desk staff were friendly and got me checked in seamlessly. They have an underground parking facility which made me feel safer for leaving a car. The hallways on the room floors were bright and everything was clean. My room had a great desk and comfortable chair for work, and the bed pillows were divine. It is worth pointing out in my room, I enjoyed the way the bathroom was laid out. There was a small cart with towels, the room was bright and clean and the towels were FLUFFY and white. This may sound strange to point out, but most hotels give you flat overused dingy towels. There are also an abundance of restaurants and people walking around so you feel safe. It is close to Arlington Cemetery and the Air Force memorial. Two thumbs up for this property!

There really isn't anything bad for me to say about my stay at this property. Maybe...I wish I could have stayed longer.

The front desk staff was outstanding and the rooms were a great size and well laid-out. Online reviews said the place was a little run-down but my floor seemed freshly painted and quite clean.

The first two nights in a row, the fire alarm malfunctioned and everyone had to evacuate. That was pretty terrible. (Especially the second night.) However, I spoke with the manger and, after some back-and-forth, he agreed to take some money off our bill, in consideration of the tremendous inconvenience.

The air conditioning wasn't keeping a constant temperature. If it was off, it wasn't really off, it was giving out cold air, so at night one would either sweat or be cold.

Location! 1 block from metro, safe area, restaurants and movie theater w/in walking distance.

Parking fees; and housekeeping by request only… which is good… but you have to remember to ask before noon. i kept forgetting until the end of the day.

on Tuesday am around 9, a worker,security guard opened our room door without knocking or announcing he was coming in. He quickly stepped out and when I asked him about it he said he smelled smoke and was checking the fire alarms. Very strange and a little nerve racking. he should have knocked

They had parking available, allowed us to park early the day of check in, and park into the afternoon the day of check out. There is a fee to park.

Close to Saturday morning market. Close to ice cream. Close to ur daters apartment. Great breakfast and nice staff.

It was easy to find. The check-in process was very simple. The beds were very comfortable.

There was an insect inside of the trash can.

The most important element is cleanliness for me- the hole met my standards- thank you so much!!!
