Great location! Close to all the memorials. Close to Safeway, Target and across the street from Starbucks. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room had full fridge that produced ice. Bottle & wine openers were a plus. Breakfast options we’re nice. Parking does cost $25 a day but worth it. You use a scanned ticket, it’s located downstairs, with a garage door that opens and closes in evening. We felt very safe and it was so convenient.

We were there for 5 days and you would need to request your room to be serviced.

Nice room with useful kitchen facilities. Large fridge to keep our drinks and snacks cool and fresh. Sufficient space for the family. Breakfast was nice.

1st day had to request extra bed linen for sofa bed but this was brought promptly so no complaints.

Location was great! The breakfast was the best quality I have received as a compliment, with the room!

The parking cost of $28.00 a day was a hidden cost to the room cost that I would have preferred a clearer knowledge of up front!

Everything clean and up to date. Suite was large, well-lit with a comfortable bed, and all appliances worked. The large number of electric outlets gave us flexibility in charging our electronics. Buffet breakfast with all basic needs.

The price and location can not be beat. You're a 5 Minute walk and subway ride from EVERYTHING!

The underground parking is quite compact. We rented a small car, so it wasn't an issue, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable attempting to take my full size truck into it.

Look no further for a location. All roads lead to Rosslyn and this is probably the best value for money hotel in the area. Ideal walking distance to everything commute and actual Target, Safeway supermarkets. Even the AMC Courthouse Cinema is well within walks reach. Premises are adequately equipped with full kitchen equipment. No need to struggle with disposable cutlery and plates. Microwave is full size as well as the fridge. Toiletries are great, liking the flavor of the showering gel and shampoo. There are no USB outlets in the room aside two in the alarm clock. Bring adaptors, European travelers, because otherwise plenty of 120V outlets. Noise levels don't disturb the sleep although some rooms were partying with high numbers of people, they all became quiet after 2300/1100pm.

The building looks aged, esp. among those modern ones around it. Inside it's much better and comfy. The wired internet wasn't available, although the room was equipped with it. If you're coming with work to be done double check with the Reception whether you're placed in a room where it is working coz wifi isn't on par with that at IHG hotels nowadays.

YmThe outside needed a clean! (Maybe a power wash! Very dirty and not pleasing to the eye...until you got inside which was nice)

The location was excellent for us, because we have family in Rosslyn and we could walk to meet them very easily. The room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was better than many places but we ate out instead.

Breakfast was delicious. A great selection of items. Something for everyone. The location was perfect for site seeing. The Metro was 5 minutes away. We will be back!

The location within an east walk of the Metro (best way to get around the city), retaurants, a Target, grocery store, etc. The rooms were well-designed, comfortable, clean—and had good views! The in-house laundry and kitchenette were convenient for a family. The covered and secure parking made coming and going easy, convenient, and safe. The front-desk staff were excellent! Very kind and attentive and professional. The grab snd go breakfast was easy and sufficient.

It was perfect for what we needed.
