The hotel room was clean and well appointed , the elevators work quickly ( unlike some other large hotels I have stayed in) The buffet breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices offing a wide variety of self serve options. The location of the hotel across the street from the Rosslyn Metro station worked so well for us to use the metro for access to attractions at the National Mall/Smithsonian museums. The is also a wonderful Italian restaurant ,Sfoglina, within walking distance ( 2 blocks down on Wilson Blvd.) of this hotel.

There was confusion at our check in about parking our car. It is valet parking only , so we had to scramble to get everything we needed out of the car before they took it away. The desk clerk did not make clear about the parking, she seemed unaware of what the hotel policy was ( she told me to go park the car myself) The $45. per day parking charge seems very high for a hotel that is not actually in Washington DC , but in Arlington/Rosslyn. The last time I stayed at this hotel in 2022, the fee was $32.

I had a great time at Hyatt Centric Arlington. The location is very convenient for tourists relying on the metro for transportation. The Roselyn station is right behind the hotel with silver, blue, and orange lines directly to Dullas airport and museums. The staff were very friendly. One night my neighbor was turning on the tv very loud. I called the front desk to help with the issue. Free unlimited bottled water at the front lobby. Quiet room as requested. AC works very well during summer. Breakfast is nice on the second floor.

The queen-sized room is a bit small, but considering the hotel location, I couldn't complain. I do wish the room service can come slightly late instead of 8-9ish am. I do need fresh towels but not while I'm still here. The toilets have a pretty strong flushing sound so be prepared to hear your neighbor upstairs.

Very nice and professional staff, felt welcome there! Location great for business, close to wework, coffee shops, metro station. Clean facilities, comfortable bed, good alarm clock with USB chargers. Also possible to buy the adapter for charging electronic devices at the lobby. Spacious room. Always got provided with free water.

Really dark room, could use more lighting in general. Didn't get rooms close with my friend as requested, instead got rooms 4 floors apart. Not the best sound isolation. Housekeepers leaving QR code for the tip and writing "thank you". Felt pressured to tip.

Due to an error in the booking system, we did not have a room for the three of us. Instead, we were booked a room with a kig sized bed. The front desk clerk was exceedingly apologetic, & comped us the breakfast buffet. She also didn't charge my husband & son for the snacks they picked up in the convenience area. We are easy people to deal with.We assured her that we were okay with the situation, & did not blame her. I just appreciate that she went far above & beyond to rectify an error that she was not even responsible for. The breakfast buffet was awesome, by the way!

We chose this hotel for its location near where we needed to be for a memorial service and family events - great metro connections also allowed us to fit in a few museum visits while in D.C. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times, comfortable room with everything we needed. Friendly bartender was an added bonus!

Breakfast options were a little confusing; it would have been nice to have better guidance on the Starbucks availability versus the pricier buffet. The buffet was excellent however!

The room design is invigorating. We asked for higher floor, and we were offered a room high up. We enjoyed the view. The room was ready when we arrived, no problem check-in. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Vallet parking was well organized. Keurig coffee/tea maker was nice to have in the room. Very nice shower, strong and gentle. We stayed one night, it was quiet.

Faint smell of dampness and/or cleaning chemical in the room every time we entered. Also, if you are aviation fanatic - this place is for you. The airport is nearby. The airplanes take off every three minutes. The rooms are fairy quiet, but you still can hear the airplanes. It adds to the big city feel.

Room was bright and had all the features to make your stay comfortable. It was very hot during our summer stay - above 35 degrees Celsius daily, the room air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room a cool haven all through. Breakfast was a delight. Options were very decent and the quality of the food was great. The ambience was impressive. We parked our vehicle and used the metro system and buses often - the Rossyln Metro is just right behind the hotel so perfect for getting around.

The cleanliness of the room was my only disappointment. When we checked in, there were hair strands around the sink and bathroom. Cleaner obviously didn't do a great job. When we had the room cleaned, the housekeeper didn't return pillows and items to the bed - we came back from a long day and found the pillows on the floor!

The staff was great...I got there early and they were able to get me into my room early so I can work before the conference. I stayed here last year as well and plan on coming back each year of the conference. I also love the nespresso machine in the room.

I needed a late checkout that could not be accomodated but I understand the rooms were all booked so it wasn't anyone's fault...it just would have been better timing for my conference sessions on the last day.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed their hospitality. I had a parcel I expected for delivery. They received it and kept it safe for my collection. Their record keeping is sterling. I had two big beds in my room and stayed with my son at no extra cost.

The cleaning in the rooms was not very thorough. I noticed that cleaning was not done every day. I was okay with it. Yet when cleaning was done, I would still find long hair strains in the bathrooms and the living area (trapped on the carpet). It would have been nice to have a scrubber and toilet brush in the room to be able to clean the bathroom for myself.

We were there to tour in DC & Arlington, location was great for that. Neighborhood was within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants. A couple of nice path areas nearby also for walking & running. Restaurant hostess was very nice, valet staff were very friendly & fast.

Food (only had breakfast) was not as good as it should have been for the price. Watery eggs, meat was tough. Fruit wasn't ripe, really shouldn't have been served quite yet. Parking price was on the high side compared to what we saw elsewhere. But you pay for convenience & who wants to park away from the hotel every time, right?
