I love the privacy. The absolute courtesy of the young lady at the desk was exceptional. I believe her name was Micah. As their into the renovation process at this time the television in the room was not connecting properly this young woman apologized repeatedly and assured us upon our return it would be fixed. Sure enough, it was. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I must say this young lady's smile and mannerisms made it a pleasant surprise for us. We noted it was the end of her shift and she stayed to see to our comfort. All she would say is no problem, it's my job, enjoy your stay.

Breakfast was good and it was clean

The staff approached a couple while we were having breakfast about what room they were in. This occurred in a very rude and demanding way. The guest were accused of not being actual guest and told they had gotten way to many breakfast items to take back to the room. No milk at breakfast was told be back in 5 minutes to not return with milk for at least another 30 minutes

Free Breakfast buffet included in stay was good w/ plenty hot eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle machine, gravy, bread, pastries good coffee, all juices, milk, good taste. The hotel staff was very patient, kind, and helpful and easy to reach. They all gave us what we wanted with smile, towels and other room items with no fuss all day long! Great beds, great control on air units in rooms. Clean bathrooms! Good free internet access. Computer w/ internet access in hotel lobby. Large interior pool. Great hot water temp and showers and soft towels! Frig keeps food and beverage ice cold. Microwave ok rotates. Has elevators 3-story. Good value still for the money overall. All rooms are Spacious here! Other guest with rooms here were in good spirits and said good morning or hello a lot. They have plenty free parking. Great location with stores and rest. nearby!

Make sure emergency stair door access door is easy to open to all people. A person have to hit the door latch with great sharp force to pop latch open to access stair ways. Flat panel TV need to be updated. A little tricky to get to the hotel front drive way entrance you may miss the entrance if your first time. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!

I was running late in my travel and the hotel called to make sure I was still coming. The room was clean and after a long day of travel, it was on the first floor.

The extra $100 security deposit is annoying. And although I gave the clerk a card to charge the room and the deposit on, he ended up charging the card I had originally reserved with. It caused me a bit of an issue as I needed to move money last minute.

The young lady at the front desk is exceptional. Friendly. Helpful. And Extremely pleasant. She genuinely cares about the patrons having a great experience. The breakfast is good. Choices. Each staff member is great but that young lady doing the desk in the daylight hours is truly exceptional. Even better she remembered my name and after a long day on the road, she made check-in.Quick, so I could shower and sleep.

Nothing to complain about

Very simple check in process. Staff very friendly. Had an issue with my room and was granted another room immediately.

The pool had to much chlorine/other chemicals which made your eyes burn really bad and turn extremely red. Also due to the chemicals and swimming everyone experienced a dry cough throughout the trip.

the beds were comfortable and the room seemed clean and well stocked. the hotel seemed to be geared towards families and was quiet

one of our window screens had a large hole cut in it and hadn’t been repaired. the room smelled a little stale but this seems common to hotels as fresh air doesn’t turn over enough. not sure if it was chemical or marijuana but hallways upon arrival seemed to have this smell but didn’t seem as strong later and room did not have this smell.

Breakfast and clean. The breakfast women were AMAZING!

There weren’t any towels at the pool when we went three times. We had to go to the front desk. There was never anyone at the front desk without waiting. The person was either down the hall in the back or outside.

I liked the cleanliness of the location but the elevator needs to be upgraded due to it getting stuck between floors on one guest. Also the pool room is very nice with the big windows but the clorine in the water made our eyes water without having gotten in yet.

Free upgrade to King Suite due to lack of regular King rooms Did a great job of cleaning the snow off the parking lot (was during the heavy snow) during the day. More than adequate breakfast bar for me (see exceptions below)

Coffee pot was missing the holder for the coffee packet, therefore not usable. Not a significant issue in the morning as I filled my travel mug from the breakfast bar, but had I arrived earlier in the night and wanted coffee, as I usually do, it would have. Breakfast bar started at 0600. I got downstairs at 0610 and there were only 1 apple and 1 orange in the respective bowls. Again, not an issue for me as I wasn't eating them (had frozen breakfast biscuits and a waffle) but should probably have more than those, as it's unlikely that the 2 people that were there when I arrived ate a bowl full of apples and a bowl full of oranges.
