Clean, nice and welcoming. Pool area however wasn’t refreshed for the next day. With new fresh towels 🤷‍♀️

I use to work at the front desk at a hotel. No one has no clue about pool hours or what was going on with the other staff at the hotel. The staff had the pool open as pool hours are 7am-9 or 10pm. Asked for towels front desk for the pool said ok. Then go back 20 mins later and told pool doesn’t open until 10am?? When we been swimming for the last hour. Even all the other staff was kind asking how we liked the pool. The front desk didn’t call or talk to anyone. Didn’t even have towels up at the front desk. I had to ask the house keeping for extra towels. After going up to my room to grab more towels. Breakfast was good and all other staff was great. Front desk did give us a late check out. However they didn’t tell house keeping we had to tell them.

Nice location, close to downtown and a big park. Ample covered parking. Spacious, comfortable room. Best of all were the staff: I had a heart emergency and was admitted to Roanoke Memorial (just across the road!) for 4 days. The hotel staff accommodated my husband’s extended stay and made us very comfortable when I returned to the hotel for a day before we returned home. They really took great care of us!

I really liked how clean it was, and the beds were really nice. I like the fact they had a hairdryer and all the things I needed for a great shower. The beds slept really nice, and they were really comfortable.

All night, you heard people running and yelling down the hallways. The only reason i didn't sleep well was because of this. Also, the pool they had was supper small.

The breakfast was great. Most importantly the kids enjoyed it and had multiple choices not just cereal and waffles. Everything we visited was literally 15 mins away from the hotel.

There was no microwave in the room unfortunately. Also parking can get a little crowded.

Very good location. My husband was in the hospital and location was .4 miles from destination. Breakfast had a good selection and had enough room in area for a lot of people to enjoy their breakfast and coffee.

I liked everything about this hotel and if I or my husband have to be in Roanoke overnight again, we will definitely stay here again

Great location for us, we were visiting friends that live very close.

The bathrooms need more counter space. We could not fit much of our daily needs on it due to the unique, modern sink and small counter.

Covid restrictions of Virginia made the breakfast less enjoyable.

Muffins are not that good. No scrambled eggs and sausage. I don’t like Jimmy dean.

Good location and friendly staff. The look and feel of the property is nice, even though it looks like it was bought and brought up to brand.

It was my feeling that the rooms looked like they had taken a bit of a beating. A sad reality of the hotel business is that people are rough on the furniture, and that showed a bit here.

Location, price, staff is friendly. We always stay at Marriott’s and this is one of our top 3 favorites

We stayed a week prior to this past time and had no issues at all. The only complaint we had was the toilet didn’t appear to have been scrubbed as it had a ring inside of it, and the floor around the toilet had hair on it which made me think the floor hadn’t been swept

Everyone was super friendly. We had to travel for a family member in the hospital. The staff was caring and remembered from day to day. The room was nice, couch and bed were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The entire hotel was clean even with the pandemic going on

carry Coke products, not just Pepsi. Actually, everything was wonderful and would stay here again
