It was easy to get to, it was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast you had was very good and a nice selection. I brought my puppy with me so of course I had to do the very early potty time and I was comfortable going out front with her as it was very well lit!

As it is not your fault, I found the hotel was not very sound proof. You could hear the people above moving around so much a few times it sounded like they were moving furniture. Also, I had a connecting room and with both doors closed you could hear clearly their conversations. Again, I don't blame you, just the construction of it so maybe things will be corrected on future construction of your hotel chain.

The hotel is very clean and the beds and pillows are AMAZING. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and delicious. They had cozy chairs by a fireplace and you could watch TV while enjoying breakfast. Nice atmosphere. Great quality Dove shampoo and soap in rooms!

The receptionist was very young and not knowledgeable about her job. She had to call management about literally everything. She was not accommodating or friendly. Not a great time to train staff on Christmas travel times.

The cleaning lady was very polite and was diligent about making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and they were able to give me a room on the first floor per my request.

Honestly the breakfast was a let down. I am Gluten Free (not by choice) and there wasn't any options except for the eggs and they were horrible. They tasted fishy. They did offer strawberry and peach instant oatmeal however neither are GF. Other than the lack of GF options our stay was pretty good 👍

Really clean and staff were excellent. Very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Lamps only were far short of necessary lighting in bath vanity area. Also there was no slip mat input tub. I placed a small towel in there but it did not stop my slipping and falling out of the tub. Luckily I was only hurt a little. Will never use those tubs again if I stay there again. Not safe.

I liked the hotel. modern clean quiet. very comfortable mattress and clean bed linen. there were no foreign odors in the room. there was everything necessary. very friendly staff, check-in was quick. I was pleased with the good breakfast. I recommend guests to stay in this department

no comments or suggestions. everything corresponded to the price and quality for this level of the hotel. clean, quiet. We spent the night, drank coffee and moved on.

On the way to Pigeon Forge, TN. This motel is easy on and off the interstate. Check-in was very easy. Luggage cart at the front door made moving our clothes, etc. to the second floor easy. We used their laundry and that was efficient. Our room was huge with nice seating, unique furniture, plenty of electric plugs, superb wifi, comfy bed. Staff was rather standoffish.

The staff were excellent and were more than helpful when needed. The location was also great, very close to the highway, but I couldn't hear the traffic there.. The breakfast was ok. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The room had a bad smell, but staff brought room deodorizing spray and also offered to change our room. The bathtub did not have any anti-slip prevention in it, so it's very slick. There is not enough seating in the small breakfast area.

Clean, smelled good, breakfast was good, not outstanding but hot and decent. (eggs, waffle maker, sausage, cereal . Pool was clean.

No towels pool. Pipes were a bit noisy. Not too bad, woke up husband but not me.

The property has been recently upgraded and the facility felt like new. The staff was very helpful and I would stay here again if in Roanoke and would recommend it to others. The were many options for the morning breakfast and I had all I wanted before resuming our travels.

The toilet paper holder had been installed incorrectly; that didn't affect my enjoyment of my stay though.

It was a nice stay while passing thru. This room did the job but it wasn't anything special. Staff was nice, room was ok. A bit dark but we were only there for a night. Would have give a 10 but we had our 2 cats with us while moving across country. One of which likes to hide in the smallest spots she can get to which in this case was inside the box spring under the bed. The whole side was ripped open (guessing done by another animal) so she had full access to God knows what was under there. I took a video with my phone to be sure there was nothing under there that could hurt her since we couldn't get her to come out. It seemed ok except the empty liquor bottles and random trash under there. I know not many people will be concerned with under the bed but for us it was important and I would hope for cat friendly properties like this, they would consider those nooks and crannies as potential danger issues with small cats like ours. We would stay here again if needed.
