We stayed in a handicap room, which was not requested, but we enjoyed the convenience and extra space. Our room was just off the main lobby, and around the corner from the breakfast area. The breakfast was very well stocked, everything was fresh, and the ladies were very helpful and friendly.

There was really nothing that we didn’t like.

We liked the location and the clean comfortable room on our trip to FL from NY. We were in at 6PM and out at 6AM. The gentleman at check in was very friendly.

The signage could have been easier for travelers. The side road where the hotel is located is not that hard to find unless you've been driving all day and it's getting dark.

The front desk staff and the kitchen staff are always phenomenal every time I stay here. They are the reason I keep choosing this hotel on my frequent commute from GA to PA

The bathroom is starting to see some mild wear and tear and could have used a little touch ups to make it feel a little fresher. However, it was clean.

I like how comfortable the bed was.

I didn't like that I told the breakfast staff it wasn't any sausage. She replied she wasn't fixing any more. This was at 8:35am and breakfast ends at 10am. She did fix more sausage I guess somebody said something to another staff.

Booking. com DID NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION. There was no reservation by Booking in the motel's system. They looked and searched for 15 to 20 minutes. Finally, they worked it out for us since they had a room available. So, we do appreciate the motel. Booking has failed us BIG TIME and we are considering finding our room reservations another way.

Super clean, has everything you could possibly need, numerous charging ports and electric outlets. Lots of shelves and hooks, large bathroom. Outdoor Pool was not heated and super cold. Breakfast was the usual mediocre fare. But the room was great, the staff was friendly and plenty of parking Would definitely stay here again.

The manager working during my check-in was wonderful. She was kind, socialable, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious and convenient for my entire family. I loved the built-in bench in the room; it was convenient to have and useful. The staff cleaning around the facility were nice and approachable. It was a comfortable environment to be in when staying at a hotel.

Some staff were not so nice on occasions. When I was initially booking my rooms on booking.com, I requested conjoined rooms. I also called the week of and the day of my check-in to make sure I was getting conjoined rooms. Needless to say, I did not have that. But, the manager during my check-in made an attempt to find what I requested.

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this was my best experience yet. We will definitely be staying here again!

TV services. Some hotels offer the option to connect to Netflix and Hulu through the hotel TV. This hotel has satellite cable and I would have preferred alternatives.

Hot breakfast

We were on the 1st floor and our friends were on the 2nd floor, not close together at all. The location wasn't very good as there is nothing around there to grab a bite to eat, walk wise. We were on motorcycles and after traveling 6-8 hours, once we were at the hotel, we didn't want to ride anymore.

Beds are very comfortable, rooms are extra big, showers huge, clean, lots of amenities. Decorated really nice and modern. Overall it's really nice and upscale. Well lighted, most outlets worked.

I would ask for a room on the top floor for light sleepers, people were stomping up and down til 2am then 6am. It's noisy when it's crowded. I had a do not disturb on my door, but the housekeeping came in anyway, it was a little strange. Peepholes in doors are blocked, it'd be nice if that was fixed. But its a really nice place!
