Beautiful and relaxing lobby. Staff were very nice. Love the location at the downtown mall! Super convenient and I felt safe. Parking is FREE in the garage and that’s huge! Plus it’s convenient to the entrance with elevators. Lots of perks!

Very comfortable except the pocket doors on the bathroom would not close all the way. The drinks at the bar were very expensive and the food was cold, but tasty. They should offer free coffee and they should have a filtered water dispenser to fill up reusable decanters instead of plastic bottles. However the bar staff were very accommodating when asked to fill up your water decanter. 😊

The location is excellent. It is right on the downtown alley with so many shops and restaurants so we didn't have to drive anywhere else. The hotel does have a hot tub and sauna that were amazing but for some reasons aren't listed on Booking.com or the hotel's website, which was unfortunate since the hot tub is definitely a selling point to me. The hotel was renovated recently and their lobby/bar and restaurant space is beautiful and we loved sitting there enjoying the view and people watching

The price is a bit steep but we did visit during mid October (a popular time to visit Charlottesville). The housekeeping could be improved. We booked the hotel for 4 adults (2 Queen beds) but there was only 3 bath towels. We called the front desk and they brought the extra towels up right away. But the funny thing is they gave us 3 extra towels (does this mean the towels only come in set of 3 for a 2 Queen bed room? lol). Another thing is that we didn't receive any complimentary water bottle in our room. We didn't notice that until the next day of checking out since we have our own water bottles.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet, safe gated parking garage, close to shops and restaurants.

Our room was located level with an adjoining rooftop that was covered with construction equipment. Therefore, we could not open our drapes and there was no scenery of the city. Luckily, it rained and there were no construction people working right outside our window in the morning! We think the management should have been aware of this and not booked the rooms on this level until work was completed. WiFi only available if customer joined the Omni Club…unbelievable!

Staff was phenomenal... very kind and personable. Views from room were great. Room was super clean... like perfect. Nothing weird anywhere. pristine bed, shower, tabletops... everything. Housekeeping really does a wonderful job. beautifully designed/furnished. Beds and cotton sheets were so comfortable. We slept great. besides being gorgeous everywhere and having such a cool and open design we really appreciated the kindness of all staff we interacted with. We love staying here when we are passing through Charlottesville on our travels north or back down south.

I love the location on the Downtown Historic Mall. I liked the atmosphere in the evening. The new bathroom was nice.

On one of the days my room was not cleaned, although I took the tag off the door in the morning. The pillows are too soft, flat. The new decor is awful. Orange and blue and gray and white and green and gray? No. My daughter wanted her wedding here, but now you have made the lobby unattainable. I think you will be sorry.

Breakfast was very expensive - though good. All staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and courteous.

One elevator in the full to capacity hotel was not working the whole weekend. (at one point staff helpfully took people to the service elevator. Room coffee maker didn't work. Repairman came promptly. Next morning it didn't work again. another guest when i went down to buy coffee said she had the same problem.

The room was super comfortable in temperature and the bed was one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in. Staff in the bar and at breakfast where very friendly.

The reception staff not as attentive to the detail as I passed on my OMNI Membership number which on two occasions they said they would apply to my account so I would collect the points and not be charged for WIFI use. They did try to charge me for WIFI used and they never applied my points. It's just a detail that after a discussion they didn't deal with properly. They were friendly enough

Love the location. The lobby is very attractive and nice that it has a bar. Nice seating outside for when it's warmer.

Was not told about the pet fee up front. Did not see it when I booked on line and was not told about it when I checked in. Management was very understanding though and waived the fee this time. Thank you.

The Location. We come to Charlottesville often and have chosen the Omni many times for it’s location. It has it’s own parking and overall is quite comfortable

There is major remodeling going on that we were not aware of. The guests common areas are pretty much unusable. No restaurant or bar because of the remodeling ( although food and drink are being served in the lobby)

The location was great - close to food and shops, and live music, not to mention UVA. Our room had been recently remodeled, and was clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member we encountered was very nice.

The hotel was in the midst of renovations during our stay. The noise was a bit unfortunate, but couldn’t be helped. They did a great job of making sure we were comfortable despite the construction.
