Location and quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable and obviously fragrant-free detergent was used. NICE!!

When we entered our room, there was a strong smell of fragrance, like laundry detergent or air freshener. It was a dryer sheet placed in the closet. I have bad allergies to such things. Thankfully we found it and disposed of it before it made me sick. I only ended up with a headache and coffee grounds helped to dispel that. Glad I didn't have to call 911 or go to ER at midnight (when we checked in after a late flight). Please advise housekeeping that not all "helpful tips" are helpful. Thank you.

The room with a full kitchen and very comfortable beds and pillowcases with embroidered “firm” and “soft “. We’ve never seen that before. I loved the vegetable frittata for breakfast on Saturday. Never seen that before.

The coffeemaker wouldn’t drip so couldn’t have coffee. The shower body wash was empty and the shampoo watered down. We didn’t ask staff to fix those things since not too big of problem. The breakfast on Sunday ran out and we had to wait ten minutes for sausage and eggs. It was 8 am on Sunday and busier than 7 am on Saturday. My husband wasn’t a fan of the turkey bacon on Saturday breakfast. It was no fault of the hotel that the power went out at 8 pm Sunday due to bad weather. It was still out when we left at 9 am Monday so there was no breakfast or warm showers in the dark. It would have been nice if they would have given us a credit on the bill of maybe $25 that we paid for eating breakfast somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and it was clean and so quiet.

Just a few things. In your description of policies and facilities you need to include in that, that there is a 20 dollar discrepancy charge that HAS to be collected per credit card. Also, that there is a 50 dollar damage deposit per night that needs to be included in the description. Another things is you need to start listing the pet fees on here as well! Last but not least, updated your info for directly to the hotel because we caller about all these questions and we got told complete opposite of all the info we were given when we arrived! Also I messaged you all a week prior to coming trying to get info for all these issues and NO ONE replied back so we had a huge problem when we arrived because of none to very little communication

The location was great, beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, friendly guest, the staff were very helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that booking.com gave me one price including tax and once I checked in the hotel they had me paying a little more in taxes. They called it Virginia taxes but I already was paying $24 in taxes already. Also, I put pay when I stay and it went on my credit card before I even got there which I didn’t want to happen.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were dealing with the aftermath of the computer issue that occurred the day before but everyone was still smiling and friendly even though they had to walk everyone to their rooms since keys couldn’t be made.

No fan in the bathroom. The location of the bathroom area next to the beds felt cramped. When the lights were on near the sink area it was directly in the sight of those trying to sleep. Everything else about the room was great!

This is a repeat visit. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by team member SHONECE CHRISTMAS at the front desk. It was very busy as there were numerous guests arriving. Ms. Christmas handled each guest as if they were the only one. She carefully processed each arrival. Although there were several guests ahead of me my wait was short. Once processed I was given directions to my room.

The location was good. The room was large and was very clean and quiet. They had one of the best breakfast buffets we have had recently in a hotel. we were assigned the wrong kind of room initially, but the front desk resolved it immediately.

The bottom sheet on one of the beds was so pilled and rough we had to sleep on top of the top sheet and get a top sheet from the extras for sofa bed to remake the bed so we had a top sheet. The refrigerator made a chirping noise most of the night. it was especially loud when water was turned on in the bathroom. We did alert the staff to these problems and I am sure they will be addressed.

Kitchenette and fully stocks kitchen supplies, very useful and exceeded expectation.

When we first arrived the toilet paper wasn’t changed at all from the previous tenant, barely anything on the roll, and we had to change it ourselves. Also the shampoo was full of water and I expected better, for the $200 stay. Also the water pressure in the shower was a joke.

Everything wasgreat.

The walk to the room was a bit lengthy. I had emailed the property ahead of time to ask for something on the 1st floor or at least close to the elevator. I am recovering from a ruptured Achilles tendon and I had my 83 year old father with me. Unfortunately we were put on the 2nd floor all the way at the end.

There was plenty of parking, the front desk staff was great! We stayed in the handicap double queen with sofa suite and it was prefect for my family and husband who uses a wheelchair!! We stayed for 4 days and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

They have a free washer and dryer area available, however it needs to be serviced ! I had to dry my clothes 4 times and they still were damp.
