Close to highway so very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pillows had pillowcases that said if it was a firm or medium pillow. We were in the accessible room so the bathroom was spacious and had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Shower water pressure was great! Room temperature control was very good.

The bed was open underneath—did not have the box frame that goes all the way to the floor. I found a child’s water bottle from a previous guest under one of the beds. Breakfast was okay— convenient and did have some variety.

This is a great place to stay, it’s everything you want for an overnight. Rooms are exceptional, very comfortable.

I had already booked via the app and then was told they don’t rent to locals even though I had stayed here prior a little over a month ago, I had an additional “holding” charge that cost me more than the initial booking, basically having to pay twice but was assured that the manager would reimburse me for the second charge.

The rooms provide plenty of space as a place to stay. At first, the room appeared spartan. It did not take long to realize the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beverage area and the food provided for breakfast were a great addition. The staff members were friendly and informative, providing us with the history of the company and the reasoning behind the room layouts and services provided. Excellent stay.

Our check in clerk was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was perfect for our needs. Loved being on the first floor with our dog, plus the ice machine and water bottle filling station were great amenities. Breakfast was a nice assortment of options. Will definitely stay there again on our way home.

This is a great location, not far off the interstate, making it easy to travel. The staff allowed us to check in a few minutes early. The breakfast was different but there was plenty of everything and coffee. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The management was beneficial. I will be staying there next year when we go back.

No cons all pros

The hotel was exceptionally clean, had a very comfortable bed, large tv, and even provided dove bath products rather than the cheap stuff. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with more options than just a waffle or fruit like some other hotels have. I only stayed one night as I was passing through, but this experience has made me want to look for avid hotels in the future.

Great location. Right off of the interstate. Check in was really easy. The woman that checked us in was super nice. The front desk called about half an hour after checking in to make sure everything was good with the room. Breakfast was good. Had both hot and cold items. Rooms also have a mini fridge.

I have only stayed at one other hotel that was better than this one and I paid $600/night for it over looking Niagara Falls in Canada and that was many years ago. I only wished that you had a hotel at every place I stayed on my trip. This is so far ahead of other hotels. Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly.

I really enjoyed the simple layout of the room. The hooks and multi-use spaces were very modern and well thought out. There was space for everything my family of 4 needed.

My only negative, and it really isn't much of one, is that there was less breakfast choices than other hotels. There was no option for pancakes or waffles. They had eggs, some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, bagels, and fruit, but I really would have liked some pancakes or waffles.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. We checked in after midnight and desk clerk offered a later check out time without us asking and without extra pay. Coffee was made with fresh ground beans, excellent!!!

Room had a refrigerator but no microwave.
