This stay was amazing! I was here for a conference that was happening at Roanoke college, and this was very close and convenient to the location. The room was so amazing and it was very clean, spacious, and the bathroom was amazing! The breakfast the next day was also really tasty and, given that I had left my wallet accidentally in my room, the staff called me immediately to let me know, which was above and beyond amazing!

I think the cheese/ham croissants could have been kept from being over heated on steam table. The cheese had melted away and the croissant was getting hard and dry. The carpet in room was dark blue but I could tell it needed shampooing because it left my knee with dirt stains and edges and corners of floor hasn't been touch in a while, dust accumulation.

Oops! I liked the location. I liked the room except the above mentioned. Bathroom was very clean. The TV was large enough and the channel selection was adequate. The staff was friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

Was somewhat disappointed in the breakfast. Didn't have waffle machine and was expecting a full breakfast. That's what your website made it sound like. Also, was surprised there was no small refrigerator in room.

The pool was closed for repairs. It would have been nice if this could have been noted on Booking.com. This gives the customer the option to still choose or not choose this location.

this is my “go to” hotel when I travel to and from New York. it’s convenient, clean and I like the gym. the staff is always nice and friendly. I brought a friend with me this time and she also liked the facility.

The staff at the location were great. The facility was nice & comfortable I would visit again.

I would just ask that the floor be vacuumed a little more, other than that I didn’t have any issues.

Quiet rooms and very comfortable beds! Easy access to 81.

Room doors slam shut and are very loud unless you ease them shut, but thar was the only noise we heard.

We weren’t able to get a hotel in Blacksburg for a football game, but that was a blessing in disguise! We avoided the crazy traffic and crowds, had a delicious breakfast, and were close to other restaurants for dinner. It was a beautiful, clean hotel!

Outlets everywhere, spacious clean comfortable rooms, supportive and firm beds, fantastic water pressure!! Loved it!!! Huge tvs in both living and sleeping area, fridge and microwave!

Small stain on the couch.
