It’s so clean & spacious. I was surprised about valet because I didn’t know it was included with your stay.

I loved my stay. Breakfast was great. Indoor pool was nice and clean. Valet parking was great and fast. Staff was great and always answered my questions with speed!

My daughter is allergic to dogs and our pull out sofa and rug had a decent amount of dog fur on it (she’s been on her allergy medicine consistently so there weren’t any issues). Maybe it should be certain rooms that are pet friendly and some that aren’t for people with allergies because it’s hard to get up all pet hair and dandruff. Also, we had to call and ask for more towels and trash bags (I’m use to hotels delivering towels daily).

I loved the location, this hotel was located on the perfect part of the boardwalk, oceanview was amazing the sunsets and rise were surreal. The staff were very nice, lunch and breakfast was good and the hotel was just steps away from the Mellow Mushroom, this place have amazing pizza. I enjoyed my stay, I will return.

The only thing I didn't like is the bedside nightstand and lamps didn't have outlets for charging electronic devices... I uad to charge my cellphone up across the room which was a little inconvenience while working.

Excellent location right on the boardwalk and beach! Valet parking ($9 daily), so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space and paying large fees. The room was very nice with an excellent view of the ocean. The breakfast was great and a lot of variety to choose from.

Not a deal breaker, but no beach towels available for the 2 days we were there.

My husband and I was celebrating our anniversary. The hotel was sweet very clean. The staff was very nice the location was great. They could use some help on the complementary breakfast, but I guess because it was complementary it is what it is. All in all I would definitely visit again

I didn't have a microwave and a crib in my room that says it was available for my room and I have a baby I did ask for and never received and I wish the pool was bigger but it was good for the kids.

since you advertise about welcoming the runners for the races, please have breakfast available for them earlier on the days of the races. We could not access the breakfast because we were racing early.

Best hotel experience at VA Beach over the past 10 years! Excellent service, hospitality, comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast was excellent. Staff went above and beyond from the valet to the front desk and cleaning staff. Will definitely return!

Ocean views, balconies in all rooms. Shops ans restaurants in walking distance. Free breakfest. New hotel, but google will likely take you to the other Hyat 9 blocks away. So dont unload till you make sure where you are

Breakfest lines got big on some days. Staff could help to organize but didn't. So people started to oranize bt themselves.. Like people just standing at the toaster blocking the line. For a new place, swimming pools could have been with some cool features. The indoor pool looked like a hot tub, but it was not. Not enough carts to carry laguage. During checkout, we carried our stuff piece by piece. The first 3 days, jets were flying overhead from 10 am till 10 pm. I looked at google and the landing strip points right at the hotel. The ones landing dont make as much noise but those taking off do

This hotel was great, the room view to the beach, close to bars/restaurantes. My husband and I had a great time and our fue baby had the best time of her life!
