I love the two rooms, the kitchen appliances and silverware. The water was hot, and everything was convenient! The television has alot of excellent choices. I love the lounge. It has a seating area, snacks, video game, gym equipment and especially the pool table. Outside deck is nice also!👍🏽

Rooms need more outlets to plug in chargers. Or at least USB connection near the bed on each side. The service desk has a couple of women that needs to greet you with better attitude when approached. Calls about promotions were a bit much.

The location to the beach was great! Wasn't a busy part of the beach, which was nice not to be crowded. The separate living area and kitchenettes were nice. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. The free parking

How thin the walls were. You could hear everything. Especially since we were right across from the elevator. Made it hard to sleep. Would have liked a pool that was outside since the weather was so nice. The parking garage. It was busy the weekend we went, and they have these big pillars you have to squeeze next to if you don't get there early enough to grab another spot.

The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. This makes cutting food cost easier. Each floor has an area where you can get rid of your trash and your recyclables . Free washer and dyers on 8 and 6. The massage therapist Jamie is amazing and affordable. The hot tub and pool were great when the beach was too hot. Had fun in the game room teaching my daughter to play pool. Staff is super friendly and amazing. Maintenance staff response time to a problem with your room is mind blowingly fast. Although we did not have a balcony, we still had an amazing view of the ocean and the marina. Was a great stay. I can't wait to come back.

The bed and pillows were heavenly!! Staff were exceptional! Being near everything was a plus as well!

Adult swim from 9-11 so husband and I went there for kid-free time and kids weren't made to leave the area and we just wanted to relax. No housekeeping was done during our stay so had to keep asking for trash bags and we had to be stingy on our towel usage. Not alot of options as far as kitchen ware, so microwaveable meals was our go to. Walked in to check in and was not greeted, had to ask if that was the space as staff was sitting at a office desk on cell phones. Very odd. Maybe they are currently remodeling this area??

I didn't know that breakfast was available. If the reception desk would have given that information at check-in, we definitely would have utilized it. It was nice to have a mni kitchen in the room, I made breakfast and a late lunch during our stay.

It would have been nice to have maid service come to clean our room while we were away for the day. This one is small, but would have helped a lot; the clothing iron got hot, but the steam was not functioning, so I wasn't able to get a good ironing on my clothes.

Very close to beach access, restaurants, and stores. The room was comfortable wnd was nice to have the kitchen/dishes.

The bathtub had mold and didn't drain properly, the batteries in the lock on the door were dying and we notified the staff over 3 times and it was never fixed during our stay, the parking deck is limited with the pillars obstructing many of the parking spots, and it would be nice to know that you need your license plate number when checking in so you don't have to walk to the top of the parking deck and back to get it. Also most of the front desk staff do not engage unless you speak to them. There was not clear communication on where to check in as there is not a front desk counter, rather people just sitting at office desks.

The room was clean and exactly how described. Staff greeted us with a smile and were able to accommodate our super early arrival (arrived at 730am and 1130am check-in!). We had a small issue with the TV not working in our living room area but they sent someone up who checked it out and replaced it within a half hour. The pool and hot tub were nice and the game room/workout area/lounge area were a really awesome surprise! Parking was adequate and we were fairly close to the sports complex. Perk was finding out we could enter the lounge area from the 3rd floor so we only had three flights of stairs to navigate to our floor (6th). Good value for the money!

One elevator was inoperable due to waiting on the city inspector to come out (they had been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone) so the wait was usually between 10-20 minutes if you wanted an elevator. We were on the 6th floor and I was too out of shape to be doing all those stairs multiple times a day. Lol THIS WAS NOT A HOTEL ISSUE BUT A CITY ISSUE!

The location was great, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and had everything we possibly could have needed. It was also cost effective to stay here so I absolutely recommend.

I’m not sure there was anything I didn’t like besides waiting for the elevator on days where there were a large number of guests visiting because it increased the wait time naturally.

This was our 1st time at this particular property. We were there for 1 night/2days. The location was perfect. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was perfect for my husband and I as well as our 2 daughters. The unit layout is great for a small family. The size of the unit is great as well. The indoor pool was a must for our 10 yr old. The property has plenty of amenities including gym, billiards, arcade, massage room etc.

I prefer master bedrooms with an in room bathroom. This unit had an in room bathroom in the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. I’d like the in room bathroom being in the master bedroom.

The restaurant connect to the hotel had amazing food choices and it was delicious . Everything was close distance to hotel grocery stores, other choice of restaurant ,beach. It wasn’t a boring trip at all . It was lots to do . The guest that stayed there were friendly..Will be back soon. Rooms were real clean and roomy .Beds were comfortable even down to the bed in the couch . Very happy
