The cleaning and front desk staff were so helpful! The location is near many restaurants and within walking distance of a grocery store. The iron and the hair dryer worked well. The desk was spacious and allowed me to get work done. Check-in and check-out processes were simple. I had sufficient towels to last me a few days if necessary. The pillows weren't too puffy ( I hate inordinately high pillows) and the bed was comfortable.

I don't think it's a good idea to keep a coffee maker in the bathroom. Any consumables within 6 feet of the toilet is in an unsanitary zone.

We really enjoyed our room. King suite. It was extremely cozy and comfortable. The only thing was it was stuffy, because the ac did not cool properly. Sonya at check-in was so very nice! As were the 2 check out clerks.

The distance to vending machines were quite a distance. My husband and I both have bad knees, so having to walk so far was not ideal. When I asked the front desk clerk were there anyone machines closer she answered that she didn't know of any in the building. And that we should use the "market". Another visitor informed us that there was one all the way down at the end of the other building on level 2. The clerk was rude, and asked us why we even asked her. We did not see her again during our stay. That was the only incident. We didn't get her name, but she was a young girl with long braids.

It was a very nice facility and they were very accommodating. I was in a room that was very convenient for me. I have to use a cane and the handicapped parking was right outside the entrance. The staff were very personable, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel was basically on a corner and it was difficult to get out because of all of the traffic.. Basically, you had to make a right turn and then turn around at something on the left. This wasn't really a big deal however.

The young lady at the front desk was very inviting and courteous to me as soon as I entered the hotel(SHAUNTI) as the day and night went on she became even more useful with the information that I needed to make my stay a great one!

The bed although it was King size bed it was tooooo soft! The plug situation was very disappointing! I had to walk a long way to find a charger because your store doesn't sell chargers and the plugs in the room were not capable to my wire! USB port none!

Breakfast was great and the girls were so very nice The Chinese girl with the dark hair was so very very friendly and considerate and helpful. She was very much a great worker

The only thing I think could be better was the sofa in the room. Very uncomfortable. That's not meant in a bad way.

Requested , handicapped accessible one grab bar to get in and out of the bathtub and standard height toliet isn't what I expected. The wall side of bed was to narrow for the wheelchair. No straight chairs in the room. As I was checking out I shared my dissatisfaction. Was told I should have requested a wheelchair accessible room.that would have a roll in shower.... Please education staff so they can communicate better to guest the different in accommodations

Location is great for navigating around Williamsburg. The staff is very friendly including the breakfast attendants. The breakfast is probably one of the best, fresh fruit, several choices of eggs and breads all constantly being refilled.

limited TV stations and bathrooms need an upgrade

Hotel staff were nice and so helpful. The lady at front desk was so nice and Frank took my things up to room because I broke 2 bones in left lower arm in May. Cast on left arm was removed the day before I came.

Nothing every thing good about my stay.

Room accomodations were nice. Breakfast in hotel was great. Nice selection, friendly staff.

Fridge in the room was noisy. Woke me up several times during the night Room door did not lock properly. When inside the room I had to lift the door by the knob so I could turn the lock for security. Also the door issue caused the room key to fail to connect for room entry. Numerous times I had to pull the door hard towards me before using key card. Sometimes entry was achieved in one try. Other times 3 or4 attempts were necessary.

Staff very friendly, location easy to find. Nice breakfast served every morning. Nice neat clean room.

Heating and air not to easy to regulate, but not terrible. Needs to be a thermostat on the wall and not a floor unit in the window. Pillows are always terrible, they give you like 4, but they are so mushy that you have no support.
