Staff was so friendly and made us feel at home. Donnet checked us in and out. She was outstanding!!!!

24 hr coffee. The pool wasn’t open first day. My little girl was not happy. I understand things happen. We were told we could use the sister hotel’s outdoor pool. It was just a bit much crossing through the parking lot. We asked for towels, but we had to come down and get them. I guess housekeeping got busy. Overall it was definitely a great stay! We definitely plans to visit again!

Conveniently located and it is family friendly.

it is very outdated , the rooms needs to be a bit more clean. The elevator was out of order on our stay so we were forced to use the stairs which was a bit tired after a full day at the park and also being that it was pretty hot outside. The pool was not available for the guest to use. The fire alarm was set off not sure why however we needed to be evacuated one of the morning we were there. Not sure why as we were heading to breakfast we were told just to head outside the premises.

The breakfast had some good items. The rooms have full size of shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. Clean, beds were comfortable. Updated and nice looking. Tv's have streaming options on them so we could add our Netflix. The snack bar at night was awesome for our kids and they had a cute little hot chocolate bar for Christmas.

Some of the breakfast items aren't good, like the sausage, you can just tell its a shipped in cheap item and wasn't good. But some things were great like the potatoes. We had some trouble getting checked in but it was a new girl and someone else took over and got us straight. Microwave is difficult to figure out and we had to call maintenance but they showed is how to use it.

Great location and conveniently located close to good restaurants. Not too far of a drive from Busch gardens and other attractions in the area!

The pool was out of order most of our stay, staff offered the use of the neighboring facilities pool, but it was an outdoor pool and had closed for the season. The continental breakfast was crazy busy over morning. Staff did a good job trying to keep up with restocking.

The price was good and I was satisfied with the black first.The kids liked it.It's 15 to 20 minutes from Bushgarden.

It was a little different from the amount I booked in the bookings.The reservation for two days was over 125.10 tex per day..The second room paid $139.I extended it by one day. I slept for a total of three days.I requested the price at $139.. The important thing is that on the first day, on the second day, this room has to pay $125 plus Tex..It should be paid 125.10+Tex on the first day and 125.10+Tex on the second day..The price was different on the second day. It is right to pay 139+Tex on the third day.

Property was nice and clean. I stayed here before so I knew the location was good. Rooms were clean.

There was only one elevator working which was annoying. The Breakfast bar options could have been better a lot of the options were pork even the breakfast potatoes had pork sausage in it. In this new area not everyone eats pork so me and my family weren’t really able to eat breakfast at the hotel. The night desk clerk lady was very feisty it was not to pleasant dealing with her. But the night clerk was very nice like he was last year when I was there.

Breakfast and snack amenities were good. Rooms were spacious. Proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens was good. Adequate parking. Clean.

I would give this property the highest rating, but felt the bedding and linens could have been a little more substantial. I regretted not bringing my own pillow - but that's an individual preference. This is a great place to stay, and well worth the money we paid. It just falls short of "luxury", but that's not what we were expecting.

The breakfast was very good and the area was very nice and quiet. The front desk was very nice and helpful . The pool was very nice and clean rooms were very clean had a lot of space beds and pillows covers were extremely comfortable the price was great for 2 rooms bathroom had Shower bath Shampoo and Conditioner and very clean towels washcloths. We Loved that we were close to the Water Park Stores and restaurants Our family will definitely Stay here Again and will recommend Others to Stay Here Thanks for the Beautiful Hospitality and Cleanest But Most of all the Caring and Welcoming Our grandchildren. There is Nothing to not like

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. My husband and I always choose this hotel when we book a hotel in Williamsburg. I would recommend this hotel 1000 times to my family and friends.

There wasn't anything to not like about this property. Everything was up to my standards as usual. I don't use elevators so being able to take the stairs and get to my room was great for me. I can't wait to come back with my husband.

Excellent location and accessibility to multiple places for food and entertainment. The morning breakfast had variety and quality foods available. There was ample parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious and accommodating for us.

The elevators were a little too slow for most guests that waited for it (it became a discussion point for us as we waited).
