The staff was helpful and amazing. The security is tight. You have to have your room card for the elevator and it will only open on the floor you stay on, the lobby, the parking garage, and the pool and stuff. The breakfast was good and the staff is super nice at breakfast. The hotel smelled good and clean from the moment we walked in and our room was also super clean. We got the room with the queen and the little kitchen. The kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils and pans for cooking. The style is nice. The room stayed nice and cool and it was 90degrees outside. The metro subway is right around the corner. We could also walk to the museums and some of the landmarks. Very happy!

Parking costs almost $55 a per day. It adds up so the "good deal" on the room becomes quite expensive the longer you stay. Not safe to park on the street so you really have no choice, however you can come and go as you please at any time with no problems.

We (adult and 2 teenage children) stayed in a King Suite for the 3-day holiday weekend. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything we needed. The suite was lovely, clean and very comfortable for any of our needs (sleeping, relaxing, etc.) Breakfast buffet had something for everyone in our party. EVERY single member of the staff was friendly, polite, helpful, professional. EVERY single one. They all treated us as though we were old friends, happy to see us... even though this was our first visit. The location was perfectly convenient for all of our sightseeing plans. We were able to walk everywhere a fairly short distance to visit museums or see the monuments or just hang out on the Capital lawn for a concert. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for a visit to our nation's capitol.

This is my fault, not the hotel's fault: I wish I had known ahead of time that a grocery delivery service was available before my trip. I probably would have taken advantage of that rather than packing groceries and trying to keep things cold or frozen while traveling. I never thought to ask before traveling if this was an option (my fault).

Staff friendly particularly the security/doorman with long dreadlocks, a big guy, didn't catch his name. Spa great, location easy walk to museums and monument etc. New burger shop open next door has amazing Burgers. Not that we needed it, as only 1 night stay, but the full fridge and kitchen is handy. Family of 5 stayed in 1 room comfortably.

Phone in room did not work, told reception, also asked for sofa bed to be made up and it never was. I found soe sheets in the cupboard and made it myself.

The location was in the middle of Sultanahmet and next to Grand Bazaar, so one can reach everything in the area just by walking. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff very kind and the chosen rooms spacy and nearly perfect.

There was a smell from the drains in my room that was there during my stay. The cleaning staff tried to face it by masking the smell with a scent, but it did not work. The problem though, was only with my room and not with the other two we booked.

Loved the location; we could walk everywhere or ride the Metro. The staff were very helpful and kind (with the exception of the lady who checked us out -terrible mood). Felt like we and our vehicle were very safe and secure.

We should have been warned we’d hear trains through the night; with no way to run the fan constantly we kept waking up. There should be a white noise machine or something. The bed was a rock; literally the hardest mattress we’ve ever slept on, which did not let us sleep well.

Breakfast was fantastic! It was well-staffed and had many options for food. The oatmeal was perfection! The hotel overall was very clean and beautifully/tastefully decorated for the holidays. We also used the washer/dryers and that was great.

Not walking distance to most of the mall/museums. At breakfast, it was odd to have the oatmeal/yogurt toppings at the beginning but the oatmeal at the end.

Location was perfect. Room was good. Breakfast a bit repetitious! Omlettes would have been a good change.

The reception staff at the counter was very inhospitable. Not very welcoming or knowledgeable about tours etc. Felt like I was bothering them. They need some training in hospitality! The breakfast staff were marvelous and so was the cleaning staff - very friendly and helpful.

Yasmeem and Richard the concierge are the most amazing and nicest persons I've met at the hotel, they went beyond their duties to make me feel at home, and chatting with me once I came from the museums, awesome customer service. Concierge Richard gave me all the tips to visit DC told me stories about the museums, he has such a knowledge that you could spend years talking with him and never get tired, he told me told to visit the Museum of the Bible [the only one you have to pay]; and I recommend that you go with plenty of time, at least, 4 hours, take the tour Washington Revelations Sites and Scriptures IT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!! so exciting. Coffee is really good. Because it was my birthday and my phone did not have signal on my room, they gave me an upgrade. Rest of the team are amazing too. Breakfast: every day you have something different and yummy. Uber: is expensive like a hell, I live in Florida/South Beach and I never spent so much $$$ (I was alone and I did not want to walk alone in a place that I don not very well) my stay was from December 22 to December 31. Souvenirs: are expensive too. This is my third time visiting Washington DC and, still I couldn't visit all the museums. Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum: please make reservations ahead your visit.

The suites are pretty big, some of the biggest I have been in. Have all the stuff you need in the kitchen and living area. Walking to Air and Space museum. NASA center right across the street. Found street parking on the weekend I was there with parking on Sunday free.

The breakfast gets very busy and long waits. Maybe add more waffle machines.
