- They had really good breakfast, with great service (hospitality, cleaning up, refilling the food, etc.) - Rooms were clean and spacious. I stayed in a Queen Suite with Sofa bed, so it had ample amenities such as fridge, microwave, kitchen cookware and utensils, dishwasher, etc. - Service by the staff was amazing. We had some issues with our AC (room got too cold) and the staff ran to help us out within minutes. Speedy service, great hospitality, kind staff members. Overall a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend 10/10.

Nothing, everything was great. The breakfast could have been a little more diverse on weekends. Weekday breakfast was great.

First off, the staff are absolutely wonderful - very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating! We loved the balcony off our room - it was small but nice to sit outside and "people watch". We got a suite with separate bedroom for our family of 4 (with older teens). We requested an extra stow-away bed and there was plenty of room even with that. Fitness center and breakfast were both good and clean. It's about a 3/4 mile walk to the Smithsonian museums and there's a parking deck across the street.

My only complaint was that the bathroom needs updating (there's no storage and it's very dark) but it was functional.

Breakfast was a bit full on and we arrived just after 8am on the first morning and lots of food had run out and there was nowhere to sit. The staff were amazing & extremely helpful. I think they needed at least one other person to help them.

Nothing -just improve breakfast. We did have a pull out bed but there was no linen or pillows-once I called reception they sent someone straight up & were very apologetic

The beds are really confortable. The studio was great. Spacious and clean, with all amenities.

Breakfast had a good option of food but on the saturday morning I had the most caotic breakfast experience of my life. Small space for too many people. There was a huge line, no space to seat, tables full of dishes, food on the floor, food running out, plates running out. We took around 1h to have breakfast.

Did not take advantage of continental breakfast- first hotel room with a dishwasher, full fridge & freezer & actual dishes - I liked that!

Paying almost $260 for 4 day parking - ordered takeout food, gave instructions to leave at front desk - when I came down to retrieve my order, it was gone...the sight of so many homeless people laying on the ground right outside of my window.

After many days on the road, the washing machine & dryer that guests can use in the common area were useful. $3 per wash, $3 per dry, change coins at reception. Double glazed windows kept out the traffic noise. We were locked out of our unit due to a door latch issue. The hotel sent a technician who came quickly. The location is in a safe area, with clean streets. Location is great: can walk to most places (including White House), or take the metro. Nearest metro station is a short walk away. Great eateries are within walking distance. Just outside the hotel, there were more than 10 CCTVs - probably because it is walking distance to north entrance of the White House. Friendly staff (valet, check-in/ reception and breakfast).

We booked a one bed-room apartment. It comprised one bedroom with its own door which my husband and I used. Our son slept in the sofa-converted bed in the sitting room. However, the single toilet with shower is inside the bedroom. If you have 3rd & 4th persons using the sitting room's sofa bed, they'll need to access the bedroom to use toilet facilities. So, the couple would not have complete privacy. The HVAC gives out loud humming sound. My messages via booking.com to the hotel always came back with the same answer, which is the auto out-of-office reply. Nevertheless, I'll stay here again for the good things I mentioned above.

Comfortable roomy clean breakfast was repetitive scrambled eggs & sausage 1 day was 2 types of sausage every day we stayed 5 nights

The internet was down the whole time we were there 5 days and we needed it for some business issues... Otherwise all of the staff was very very friendly and apologetic...Supposedly promising points .. I'll have to follow-up on that..In particular Jenny & Natalia were very friendly intuitive & conscientious.

Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was really nice. Everything seemed relatively new and clean.

The hot water was not reliable and we took a lot of "warm" showers. This is why I bumped the score to an 8. Also, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

Breakfast was pretty good...crowded at times. Room was great. They weren't providing daily maid service which we understood but the ice maker wasn't working and when I asked for ice, the front desk suggested I could go to 7-11 across the street which I thought was odd. Changing out towels each day was awkward as they had bins in the hallway for dirty linens but no one to provide new towels so you had to ask the front desk for them. We do understand that given staff shortages due to COVID, sometimes these things are to be expected. They were prompt to deliver them though. Our trash piled up after 4 days so that was a hassle to deal with. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a good stay but the detail I mentioned above kept it from being perfect.
