The people were wonderful. Paul at the front desk and our waitress went above and beyond in giving us information about Georgetown and where to go. It's the people that makes a hotel what it is. The points I've made that were negative are the things that can easily be fixed but finding the right people who love the hotel business they are in is really important and the Westin has achieved that!

The top of the clothes closet needs to be dusted, the dinner salmon was overcooked and it was too expensive, and the phone was hard to read (maybe needs another face to put on it) and figure out (no such thing as "front desk") and I couldn't call another room from my room. Also, it only rings 3 times, not sure why.

2- 3 signs absolutely need to be added indicating where the HOTEL parking is, when one enters the garage - we wasted about 20 minutes first parking in "patient parking" and then having to get the parking attendant physically show us where the HOTEL lot was - The first signs with arrows only say "patient parking", no indication of the hotel lot - a total pain in the neck !!

The staff ( and i would like to single out Divina and Erika) at the front desk were great. Very welcoming , making sure I was comfortable and helped in choosing the best room for my needs. The location is perfect between Georgetown , The Golden Triangle and the GWU campus. The room and bathroom was spacious , well furnished and extremely comfortable.

The gym was unfortunately not up to the standard of the rest of the property. It was dark , cramped with older equipment.

Staff at the reception is hit and miss - some people were lovely and some were not helpful at all. I wanted to extend my stay for one day and the receptionist said not possible while I was able to do that on booking.com.

The staff at the reception were outstanding, I single out Erikah and Chris who helped me with check in needs and further reservations. All the staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and perfectly serviced every day. The location was perfect, right on M street near Georgetown and Foggy Bottom area plus close to public transportation. The neighborhood has many options for great food at every price.

The gym facility could be improved. It was poorly lighted and I think was not routinely serviced, although they were doing pool renovations in the same area which had a negative impact on the gym experience and of course we couldn't swim which would have been great.

Breakfast was not an option, since there was no handicap access to the bar where served

The hotel restaurant wasn't open. My husband is semi non ambulatory and it made it slightly difficult to get to nearby restaurants. Especially, during hot days

I thought the location was perfect. The atmosphere of the hotel felt lively and somehow cosy at the same time. The staff take care of people. The style of the hotel is just right. Thank you

perhaps the bedroom could have felt a little bit fresher . But even that is being harsh . I liked it .

Location was fantastic and staff was very friendly. Hotel renovations were beautiful. Soaking tub and Heavenly bed were key drivers to staying there. Very comfortable and quiet even though we were on busy M Street.

Coffee in the room was just ok. Ended up going to Starbucks on the corner.

This was an amazing experience, from the front desk welcome until check out! The staff were very helpful and willing to assist if needed. 10/10
