Excellent room, super comfy and modern. Large and clean, both room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Good location, close to all sights and places to dine.

The venue charges 25 usd amenities fee per day, for services that I’d expect a hotel in this category and price range to include: complimentary WiFi, access to filtered water. Still, nothing too serious or that would spoil what otherwise has been an excellent and pleasant stay.

location was good, staff was friendly, the room was wondeful

It is not about the money, but its about the concept. They will charge you $25 for internet and its not optional. So when you go to pay, keep in mind the price you book is not what you will end up paying.

The room was super spacious, which is something we rarely say about a hotel room and very much appreciate when traveling with our two daughters. It was also spotless clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly especially the staff at the reception (thank you Eskedar for everything!), and the restaurant staff (thank you MJ!). The restaurant attached to the hotel is a very good choice for breakfast, although we mostly went out to local restaurants for most of our stay.

There was really nothing that we didn't enjoy. Friendly staff, clean spacious room, good side-restaurant. If I have to mention one thing it would probably be that the fitness facilities are rather small, with only 2 treadmills, a spin bike and only a few free weights.

From my arrival to departure everything was super comfortable. The hotel has a fantastic location with loads of restaurants and bars nearby in DC’s DuPont Circle. The hidden gem of the place has to be its staff who were wonderful and so accommodating. Ended up extending my stay and they comped my upgrade and waived some fees too. Special shout-out to Maggie and Trevor at the front desk! I would 100% recommend this hotel, be it for work, tourism, whatever! Clean, large rooms with tons of natural light!

Nothing that I disliked except I felt that breakfast was a little bit overpriced.

Fantastic large room with balcony. Nice modern hotel. The staff were all friendly and professional Location was a stones throw from DuPont Circle, 20 mins from the White House and similar to Lincoln Memorial.

We weren’t aware when we booked there is a very steep $25 per night amenities charge which the hotel said covered bottles of water (need to ask reception), use of gym ?! and “complementary” arrival drink which we never had! The restaurant was closed for private events two out of our three nights - it would have been helpful to have been informed as we could have made bookings elsewhere. I’d specifically chosen a hotel with bar and restaurant as sometimes it’s nice to relax and kick back in the hotel after a busy day exploring.

Excellent location, massive spaces, excellent staff. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Special shoutout to Eskander at front desk for friendly service and really setting the stage for a great start to the stay.

Shower could've been nicer - weak water pressure and old-school shower head, but otherwise the room was excellent.

We loved the fresh air from the large balcony window. The front desk personnel were warm and welcoming. The location was great -- there are lots of good restaurant around Dupont Circle, and we were close to many Metro lines that we used to go everywhere quickly and easily.

We were there for 6 nights, and I wish they'd swept(?) the floor in that time. Cigarette smoke was evident in the air for a couple of days, maybe from a nearby visitor smoking on their balcony. I don't know what the hotel could do to police that, but it was unpleasant.

Location is fantastic. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. Happy hour drink (complimentary ) at the attached restaurant is always a lot of fun!

Lack of coffee service. There is an extra hospitality amenity fee. This should include complimentary brewed coffee in the lobby. The have a nice kettle in the room but it’s only as good as the quality of coffee you are using for the pour over. Provided coffee pods and powdered milk packets were awful. There is an attached restaurant but you have to wait for service and become presentable (imo) to go there.

The hotel was easily accessible from the metro. We, however, managed to walk to the National Mall on several occasions but it is not the fastest option. The room was nicely big. We are a family of four, parents and two teenagers, and we had enough space. Also, the bathroom, due to its size, was easy to share. There was a restaurant next to the hotel, but it was also offered to the hotel guests. Unfortunately, we did not visit it due to our schedule for planned visits to the city and surroundings as part of a group spread over the city. We even enjoyed sitting on the balcony on a sunny day. The bed was comfy. The closet space was sufficient, and there was sufficient place to hang our jackets (wintertime) at the entranceway of the room. No noise from the street, which allowed us a good night's rest. Just down the street, there is TATTE bakery, a hip place with a nice coffee, bakery ware, and brunch and lunch options. However, go there with a lot of patience since the waiting line can be very long.

The sound isolation was not perfect against loud noises, but the guests respected the night hours, and it was okay.

This was a lovely hotel near Dupont Circle. The room was large enough to accommodate 4 of us and had everything that we needed. There is a metro station very nearby which was handy for getting to Downtown Washington (although it is not far to walk either). There are lovely places for breakfast and dinner nearby. We ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and it was very good. Jorge in reception was really friendly and helpful with tips for where to go. He always welcomed us with a bottle of cold water when we came back to the hotel after sightseeing.

Just a very small thing, only one of the two lifts was working and we were staying on the top floor so it was a bit slow getting up or down!
