Hotel location is perfect for visiting small towns and hiking in the Bellingham area; there is plenty of onsite parking; breakfast included has enough variety both for adults and kids; Starbucks is just across the parking lot, so you can walk there if you don't like the coffee served at the hotel; The indoor pool and the hot tub are of a decent size. The room and the hotel in general is very clean. Receptionists and other hotel staff are kind and made us feel welcomed!

Water in the pool was cold as the heater was broken. We spent more time in the hot tub than what we planned due to the pool water temperature. Restrooms at the pool area were not available (out of order).

The property is nice. It’s newer or been updated. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. The hotel is family friendly. The beds were comfortable. Great location.

The pool was a little too chilly and the jacuzzi was too hot. They only clean your room every other day.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff were great! Very hardworking. The rooms were clean and location was close to everything.

The pool area was dirty, the hot tub was extremely dirty and the temperature was not even close to hot. We could not even use it, which was very disappointing. Also, we booked a room with a bathtub and got a room with just a shower.

The room was nice and big. Breakfast was really good, very good selection. The lady taking care of the breakfast was really nice and super efficient.

A fan in the bathroom would have been nice and a lock for the bathroom door. The hot tub was not working, which was a bit disappointing. The front staff could be a bit more service minded, maybe a welcome or a smile when you come to check in.

The staff are very nice. The breakfast was exceptional. We are well-travelled and this breakfast was far above most. The facilities were good and location perfect for what we needed. Major shout-out for the sweet breakfast attendant. She was super smiley and friendly and handled the hungry customers really well, no matter how demanding they were.

The room/bathroom was not clean. Bathroom was full of hair and floor was not swept or mopped. The carpets were not vacuumed - there was cereal (not from us) all under the counter with the chair. Linens had hair on it as well. It's an easy to clean well/quickly setup which is quite concerning. Only other concern was the parking lot is scary at night. The shady people that hung around the area made us feel unsafe in the parking lot. Didn't help there was a major police chase (on foot) right outside the hotel

The breakfast was good. I am gluten free and it would be helpful if there was gluten free signs for the homemade food but I am used to it. The staff were friendly and the hotel was super clean.

The room was not very quiet at night because I think there was a party in the banquet room but that’s ok. It can’t be helped if having a party.

Everything except that there was 1 chair only in room for 2 guests. Was 2nd guest meant to sit on floor? When reception person was asked for 2nd chair- I was told this standard room/ there is no second chair available.

Hotel was great, clean, good breakfast, absolutely no complaints, centrally located. They had car charging stations which was a plus.

Newer hotel right off the freeway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Usual type of breakfast from a hotel of this type. What you would expect from a typical Hampton Inn.

Was there on a weekend in August and the price was high for what you're getting. It's not a problem with this particular hotel, just a problem with Bellingham in general. You can get a comparable hotel room in Las Vegas or near Disneyland cheaper than you can in Bellingham.

It was a beautiful hotel. It does have another building next door and a few houses around but there are also trees so it cuts noise and we didn’t hear anything. A Starbucks right next door and 5 minutes is a Fred Meyer store is there so you can walk over and buy something and other stores there also but I didn’t think it affected anything about the hotel. I would definitely stay there again very clean and nice comfy room
