I was there for A Convention for the weekend and drove 15 hours so I was worn out. The Staff was friendly, kind and accommodating. I was in need of a first floor room with a handicapped bathroom. They took care of my needs and I am glad to say the place is very clean, the bed was very comfortable, great cable TV with many channels , towels are nice and big, there's an iron and board, microwave, coffee pot with coffee, good AC and a hot and cold free breakfast in a nice clean sit down and enjoy atmosphere...again staff was very friendly I even stayed an extra night. The location is great, everything you need is nearby. I'd stay there again.

The soda machine was $3 for a soda....at least they have vending machines ( snacks and soda) The pancake machine was broken the whole time...I felt bad for the families with kids that really wanted pancakes 🥞

The breakfast was okay, but cheap items, especially the breakfast meats and eggs. They had problems keeping the supply of some things, such as brewed coffee, when it was busy on the weekend.

Most of the staff was nice, but some of the housekeeper did not seem to like their job and tried to avoided doing it. My room was only served once by a really nice lady but only saw her that one day.

Clean, quiet room. Loved the fridge and mini-kitchen although did not use it. Very nice check-in experience - staff were very cordial and efficient.

Equipment was a bit worn. For example, the lid of the coffee maker was broken. And although there was a wonderful little kitchen in the room, there wasn't a single tool for preparing or eating any food - no spoon, fork, pan, plate, etc. That was OK, since I was only there one night and had not come with the idea of preparing any meals in the room, but if I were to stay here again, I would definitely ask about using some kitchen equipment.

The hotel is easy to find, the receptionist was friendly, and the rooms were big with comfortable beds. We stayed for one night on our travels back home from California. We have stayed here, once before, when we were passing through. The room had a kitchenette and a couch, which would make it a good place to stay if we needed to stay more than one night.

Serving utensils at breakfast weren't clearly marked for each dish which made it difficult as a vegetarian. Location was along a main road which I hadn't realized prior to booking. It didn't feel particularly safe even just a block away. It was overpriced for what it was, though the facility and staff were lovely.

breakfast was great! lots of choices, eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, fruit, good coffee, cereal, juice, and a lovely dining room. and we had an unexpected suite room - with small kitchen, large frig (which we really didn't need for 1 night), microwave, huge tv that rotated to be seen from living/dining area or from bedroom, and the shower was great.

Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Everyone we encountered seemed happy to be there. They were friendly among each other and everyone was helpful when needed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

Minor maintenance needed addressed... carpet wrinkles and threads. A few housekeeping touch ups…wiping around door knobs/handles.

1) Room was spacious. 2) Bed was comfortable. 3) Carlos at the front desk was great.

Lighting in room was ghastly. Couch and carpet were clean but dated. Breakfast was enough but quay was barely acceptable - mostly prefab but the waffle made up for it and the coffee and OJ were fine.

The breakfast was great although it got over to soon and the pancake machine broke. I was impressed the yogurt was lactose free. The staff went out of thier way to make sure the room was wheelchair accessible as much as possible.

Need to be cleaned under the couch pull out. The privacy lock on the door was loose making opening the door diffcult.

Layout of the room was nice and spacious. Mini kitchen area was a bonus. Friendly and engaging staff. Comfy bed.

Only ice machine on site was out of order, so couldn't make the morning smoothie in our room. We've stayed at a couple of Red Lion Inns, and non-functional ice machines appeared to be the norm.
