The hotel was in a great location and I felt very safe. The room was nice and clean, and the kitchenette was a nice surprise. Traveling with kids, we have often wished for a bigger fridge and a stove top! Bed was comfy, and they had the biggest softest pillows ever!! Dulce at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to correct a situation. We need more people like Dulce working for the guests' best experience, give that girl a raise.

I paid for the stay via booking in full several months ago. My husband put down his debit card for a damage deposit and was charged the full stay amount. Dulce at the front desk helped me and reversed the charges. The next day, my husband's card was charged a second time for the full stay amount. Dulce went above and beyond to get everything fixed on her end! Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

Didn’t realize I needed to bring all dishes, utensils etc with me for cooking in the in-room kitchenette. Perhaps it is noted in the hotel information but sadly I missed it if it was! Would be great if that info was more clearly stated next to the room amenities “Kitchenette (bring your own dishes etc or purchase on-site limited items)” That extra information would help customers be prepared! But great stay and very clean.

*close by our event - graduation. *great location - near any place you’d want to visit including groceries, dining and recreational activities. *very clean and comfortable room *great value for a one night stay to sleep.

*outside trash overflowing, should have been quick and easy to correct. *construction next door caused confusion on where to enter property. Although temporary, and road opened for the weekend. Better signage instructions needed. *front desk very busy upon arrival (4 pm) and only one clerk - even though there were two women in room behind desk. Regardless of what their positions are, they should have stepped up (and out) to help during these busy times, and if nothing else, at least answer the phone. Young woman at front desk was doing her best: maintained her cool, continued to be enormously polite and helpful, unlike her chatty co-workers just behind her, continuing to chat. The front desk employee should get an apology and a raise!

Our first time to this location. It was consistent with what we've come to expect from MyPlace properties. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean. Our dogs are comfortable as well. We have noticed a difference in them between MyPlace and other motels!

Good location, lots of food and shopping around

There was construction right across fro The Hotel, not really a big deal, but I bit noisy at times. Also you have to exchange your towels at front desk for new ones

Lots of places to get food and other necessities in its area. nice room deer in, microwave and kitchenette facilities.

Emptying the trash. In the rntire 6 day stay, my room trash can was never emptied. Some directions on microwave programming would be nice.

Close to freeway and shops

I was charged $110 because Booking.com canceled my first reservation and I ended paying more and NOBODY would even help me with it. So I won’t be using booking or Priceline ANYMORE

I have never stayed at a My Space Hotel before. I did not know what to expect. I am happy to report that the staff were very friendly. The room was a good size with a mini kitchen. It was very clean!

Nothing I did not like.

We were very impressed by the size of the refrigerator and the comfortable table with chairs. Also happy that we could get MSMBC on the TV!

The bed was a little soft but everything else was just great!

Location was excellent. Everything is right off Hwy and close to hotel. Staff was excellent and very attentive!!

Nothing!! It was a very pleasant stay and staff deserves recognition. I needed assistance everyday and everyone of them were very good and attentive😊
