We came from half way across the country, never been in the area, and were so glad we stayed here for 5 day/4 nights! We were on 3rd floor. The room was clean, hotel was quiet, AC worked well, a great variety of dishes provided, laundry facilities and fitness room were available reasonably as needed, wifi was great- I worked from the room all week. We loved having a kitchen with fridge, cook top, microwave and dishwasher to use in the room. The desk staff was fantastic-pleasant and very helpful. Coffee and random light snacks provided in the lobby at various times. Walmart nearby. We felt safe in the surrounding areas for walks and having our car in the parking lot as it was multiple hotels and some industrial park and office spaces surrounding. Would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

The only small issues we had was that the shuttle wasn't available about half of the time but when it was, it was extremely helpful and convenient since we had car troubles and needed to use it more than expected. The shower /bathroom had some stains but were permanent, not unclean. The remote was sticky and had crumbs on it but we were able to wipe it clean easily.

It was a wonderful place. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were grateful they shuttled us to the airport.

It was a wonderful place,except for the location! There was no where close by to get a meal. The staff were great to drive us to a good place to eat, but with only one vehicle/driver the wait was long as they had many guests in need of a ride.

suite style was excellent with large desk for working from “home” and free internet was easy to connect and perfect. The breakfast “to go” was a nice format. Full kitchen was great. King bed was great. staff was very friendly. Having a private deck off the 4th floor bedroom was awesome!

the rooms are definitely worn and looking tired and in need of a refresh. The size of bath towels are small, but staff was happy to provide extras for us. The suite style worked so well for us for 4 nights we were fine with all.

Everything was amazing! The staff was so pleasant. And remembered who we were and when we came back from our event, and my daughter was on crutches, they were so accommodating and wanted to help out and see if we needed anything. Way to go! Customer service is in my blood, and I was very impressed!

room wasn’t clean, garbage in the bathroom still. floor in bathroom is a hazard, tile was uneven and lifted could have tripped. room 406 is right above the smoking area had window open and all the smoke came in to the room and stunk up room there is no ventilation other than window.

The employees were exceptional. They were very responsive to any issues and any questions that I had.

There was an issue with a secondary security lock that did not get repaired during my stay. I had to ask for clean wash cloths and towels.

Room was larger than expected, got a handicap" style, not needed, bed was comfy as were the pillows. Being an all suite, it had the general amenities and they were sufficient. The breakfast method was the "Covid" protocol and just so-so, but the staff had a menu sheet, and bagged everything on the list and nice about it. TV worked fine, good channel selection and good picture quality, EASY to use remote.

Too much road noise. The 405 is nearby, our room faced it an even with the AC cycling on it was very noticeable. Smokers near the front door area made that a bit dicey in/out. Didn't get any area or facility instructions, like where was the gym, etc.

The room, the people, the breakfast were all great. your people are wonderful, We really felt at home and welcome.

The hide a bed for our 3rd parts was a bit uncomfortable and the fact the fan had to run constantly was annoying for us because we are from a very rural area and are not used to any background noise (not your fault, just part of an urban environment.) Biggest problem was the parking lot. Several times we ran into a group of young men just hanging out at 10:30 at night and 3:30 in the morning

This was my second stay at this hotel and I would like to go back soon. It's very peaceful, the staff are kind, and it's in a quiet location but still close to attractions.

I liked the look of the place it was well-lit the staff was nice and the room was adequate I thought the price was a little high but it's Seattle area

5449 California can a little pricey but it was clean the staff was nice enough if you needed anything because the covid you have to get it
