It was a clean comfortable room, check in was easy and curious, and very accommodating.
The pillows offered zero support which caused a considerable amount of pain that kept me awake. The extra charge for parking was very disappointing. Another nickel dime tactic by corporate that will drive customers away. I for one will not return knowing that I will have to pay for parking too.

Free Wi-Fi. The manager went out of her way to resolve a problem with the booking charge. Room was comfortable and close to the airport, which was the reason for choosing the location.
Had to wait quite a while for booking,com to respond concerning a 12-cent difference in the room rate.

Very Clean, spacious, quiet and the staff is fantastic.
I think if I stay their next time, I will get a room in front of hotel. Ony because you can hear the train that runs behind of the hotel. It didn't bother my wife but woke me up a couple times.

Staff were really friendly and good with my 2yo. Food was really good, (pizza much smaller than expected given the price). Bed was comfy and the room was big enough for my little one to run around
Would have been nice if parking and breakfast was included in the price like the Hilton. Food portions were small.

I loved the size of the room. The desk was perfect lego building space for my toddler and there was plenty of room to move around. The sofa bed was easy to use and the king size bed was super comfy.
I was surprised with the fee for my dog. There is a $100 non refundable fee. Just because it says pet-friendly, don't forget the fine print! I assumed I would pay something, but I was shocked with the amount.

Room was good.
The front desk was not knowledgeable about checking people in and out. The cafe staff had an attitude problem and was quite snarky to people. No art on the walls in the room so it didn’t feel as comfortable as it could be. And no hooks to hang things when people go swimming and need to dry out their clothing.
