That staff was incredible. 2 sinks in room...made it much easier for 2 people to get ready. Beds were very comfy...although shorter people may need a ladder to get in or a running jump! I would stay here again since the price was pretty affordable

Our toilet seat was broken. Refrigerator completely froze the drinks/food we put in it...so I guess it was actually a freezer (could not change temperature). The morning I checked out at 5:30 am, the shuttle bus driver did not show up...another guest and myself ended up sharing an Uber to airport. Front desk did not seem too concerned at all! And the continental breakfast was a joke...no hot foods at all (bacon/sausage, eggs) or any kind of fruit. Only cold cereal, bagels or toast, and juice in a pitcher. Nothing to "grab and go!" The hotel is very deceiving when you walk in to the beautiful lobby...the rest of hotel is very dated!

The bed was very comfortable. Me and my 13yr old daughter stayed for 7 nights. We purposely chose a hotel near the airport as this was the cheaper option The free shuttle was amazing. (Especially Jit and Solomon) They dropped us off at the mall or the light rail everyday and picked us back up free of charge. Therefore it only cost me 3 dollars to go to downtown. Breakfast was included in the price. We would definitely come back

Just that the pool was closed and the weather was like 34degrees. It would of been so nice to get a swim. BUT the website did state this so I knew before arrival.

The quality of this hotel was consistent with other Ramadas in which we have stayed. We had two rooms for two combined families, and we all got a good nights sleep.

Communication between the front desk and the airport shuttle could improve. We came in late at night (8 of us), called the hotel for pickup, and saw the shuttle drive right on by without stopping. We called the hotel several times over the next 40 minutes and were told the driver had been advised to return and get us. Finally, after continued calls and waiting nearly an hour, the shuttle arrived. The driver told us the hotel had only texted him to pick us up (but never called him) and he was not getting the text messages. Why couldn't the hotel actually call the driver after our multiple calls?

We arranged for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. There were 11 of us and the bus really was only meant for 10 but we also all had lots of luggage as well that overflowed into the cabin taking up seats. We were tired and it was quite late and we told the driver we would like to make it work so we didn't have to make 2 trips and leave some behind to wait. And HE DID IT. He was great. He stacked and stuffed luggage and a couple of us sat on spouses laps for the short journey but we were so incredibly grateful that he made it work for us. So kind and he was peppy with a good attitude. So so appreciated!!! The hotel itself was great and every staff member was kind. Even the late night employees which I have found to not always be on past travels. We were greeted and all 11 of us situated in just a few minutes. The room was spacious and I'm always grateful for that when traveling with lots of luggage. It made it easy to stuff luggage out of the way and open up what was needed.

The only negative (and this is nit-picking) was the breakfast was a little sparse. No truly fresh options. Just packaged cereals and yogurts. It worked fine, no one complained. But...Would have loved some fresh fruit options and/or hot foods like scrambled eggs and links? Maybe a waffle station? Something fresh prepared other than boxed packaged items.

The bed was sooooo comfortable. Continental breakfast was fine.

I booked an accessible room for my mother and I. The room was 2 long hallways away plus on 3rd floor. It really wasn't an accessible room as it only had a grab bar on back wall of bathtub. My mother didn't shower as she can't climb over the tub edge easily without bars. My mother collapsed in the hallway at one point she was so tired from the very long walk to our room. The coffee wasn't in breakfast room but rather it was located in the lobby. Tricky with a walker. Pool out of service.

room and location was good, and also free coffee/drinks were available in the entrance/side of the hotel lobby. Hotel breakfast was available but I didn't leave in time for the breakfast sitting as I spent it in my room, which was fine as it was my own personal choice.

the toilet needs fixing, sometimes it didn't flush when even I pushed for a while, about 20-30 seconds, the toilet seemed to didn't flush right. Also bathroom is a bit on the older side, although very clean.

Very helpful front desk staff.

Poor selection for breakfast. No protein. All carbs. I pulled up my car to load up after checking out . Manager very angry that I pulled my car up and came in to check out. The hotel was blocking one lane with their vehicles which are left there permanently. I come monthly for cancer treatments. Stay at this location as it is close to the hospital and front desk staff is very helpful. Manager needs to be more customer oriented.

Hotel was good and very clean.

The Breakfast was not okay. very little to choose from. I also am appalled at the policy of the $100.00 fee charged by the hotel at check in time. I have stayed at many hotels including your in other state and was not charged this fee. You are out of line with this policy and will keep me from scheduling any more stays at your hotel. I also will make sure that every one I know, knows about this policy.

Shuttle driver Rick was outstanding. He took us to the airport and was a wealth of info Breakfast started promptly at 6.

We waited approximately 45 minutes for shuttle to arrive for pick up. I called 3-4 times and was told that "things were slow and driver would be there". Driver did not arrive for another 20 minutes. Website shows free shuttle, which it was. Need to indicate that shuttle only goes on the bottom of the hour Breakfast was a little spartan. More fresh fruit. More fresh overall would be better

We didn't get the room we'd booked and paid for. The staff was very good at playing hide and seek, they won every time. The Free airport shuttle was a joke. Someone did something wrong and we ended up having to use a drive service to get to hotel and then we missed the next shuttle to airport because somehow our reservation didn't get registered. At one point,there were four guest waiting in the lobby and the front desk phone endlessly ringing. We all waited near to 20 minutes, while all the staff finished there free breakfast. Zero customer service skills.
