The local one is close to the airport. Nice area. The room was clean and big. The kitchen has stuff for cooking but I am not very sure if it was cleaned. There is a big fridge and good wifi. They didn't clean the room while we were there for two nights. I have no idea why. Nobody said anything about it and we didn't like it. Breakfast was ok.

Stuff’s attitude is a problem of this place. The first night we checked in the guy didn't tell anything. Complained only how tired he is. He also said the breakfast is from 6 to 9 and since the next day was the weekend and we had an early flight we came to eat before it and found no food because he forgot to mention on weekends it's 7-10. And when we asked a new lady working on reception she have us a look like its our problem.

The ambiance of lobby with a double-sided fireplace offered a cozy living room and grand dining room look. The professional office space has a cozy executive feeling that reinvigorates fatigued minds. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. They treat you as if you're an extension of their family. Everyone is so courteous and pleasant. Amazing breakfast with a little variety daily. Efficient services in all depts.

Pool inoperable.

The rep Mike was very nice and professional. I was able to do a late check in sure to having to head straight to my daughter's graduation after landing in Seattle. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was exactly what I expected and fit my family of 5 comfortably. Breakfast was good although I wish there were pancakes/waffles. We stayed here before and they had the machine for waffles. The rest of the food choices were good. I settled on grits and bacon.

Just to clarify, we were booked a single bed room instead of the double bed room that we reserved. Unfortunately, this was during an ERAS Taylor Swift concert and they didn't have any other open rooms to transfer us to. Fortunately, although there are 5 of us, our 3 kids are relatively small and we were able to manage by using the sofa bed without being too uncomfortable. The front desk staff gave us the room for free due to the error, and given the price of hotels that night due to the concert, that lessened the heartache a lot. Otherwise, everything like the amenities and staff are great, so we were still overall happy with our stay because the staff made the effort to correct the issue without much hassle.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights! We were very pleased with our stay. Nice and quiet, and our suite was very comfortable for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. Nice full breakfast bar. The beds were comfortable.

There was nothing we didn't like. Parking maybe. But it was decent.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Awesome staff! Close to airport and shopping.

Our unit is towards the end of the exit and we hear the door slam every time it shuts. Perhaps a spring that will slow close the door will help.

The room and property were very clean. It was convenient to the airport and interstate. It was quiet. You can hear trains but that’s not bothersome to us.

The sofa is not comfortable. Some pillows for lumbar support would help it out a lot.

Breakfast was great! It exceeded my expectations. I thought hot breakfast would just be the waffles, but they also had oatmeal and eggs and fried potatoes. There may also have been meat. I don't remember because I don't eat meat. Plus all the normal things you'd expect. The room was comfy and clean. The pool was really nice. There's a nice walking path that leads to Fort Dent Park which was a really nice place to walk.

I didn't realize how isolated the hotel was. Without a car, there were no restaurants close enough for a comfortable walk. But there were some places that delivered and of course the regular food delivery services worked. I would have a rental car on my next trip here. But the location is what makes surrounds of the hotel quiet and pretty.

Having a kitchen / living room with a chair and sofa couch separate but adjacent to the bedroom. Breakfast was well above average and providing containers for food to take back to the room was a nice touch. A digital thermostat and also a fan in the bedroom was great

Full beds were less than ideal, my son slept on the sofa bed made it more comfortable for me, but my adult girls sharing a full bed was not great. Kitchen supplies were bare bones and didn’t find out until our last night that the microwave didn’t work

Large room, easy access to outside.

Unfortunately during our stay there were other guests making a lot of noise throughout one night. Running up and down the hallway. Thermostat did not seem to work.
