citizenM was awesome - do not sleep on that Breakfast Buffet!! I believe when you book through booking, you get some sort of discount on the breakfast - get the breakfast people!! They have local breads, cheeses, the BEST chocolate croissant. It was seriously the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Oh and it includes unlimited espresso drinks! The staff were also all sweet and friendly. I had a very late flight and they were happy to store my luggage for me and let me chill in the lobby for a bit after checking out. The room was small, but cozy and has everything you need. Also, very centralized and good location!

The rooms are SMALL, but still very cozy and very modern. I didn't love that they basically discouraged you from having your room cleaned. I wish there was more storage or maybe a bigger desk in the room, but if you're just there to sleep, it's great!

Modern and very conveniently located. Staff were absolutely brilliant and great bar and food services on the ground floor with plenty of space to plug in and work or play. Buses to visit Seattle come past the front door. Felt very safe.

Nothing to complain

Fantastics place to live. It's really close to downtown so it's convenient to go the popular sites like space needle or pike market. The room is tiny but very clean and comfort. Would love to come back!

Not really. Everything is modern and easy to control by the iPad. Though the shower space is pretty tiny, especially for a tall man. Other than that everything is perfect. Highly recommended :) 10 out of 10

The design, the humor are entertaining. The staff is very helpful. All was very clean and comfortable. The location allowed us to walk to our various destinations. For once, I can turn on or off ALL lights in the room with a single button near the bed instead of running around. There is a tablet too to change the color or skip cleaning on some days (for each, they donate to charity)

The room was very quiet... except for air conditioning that, in the evening gave a metallic vibration. The wifi worked pretty well overall, only sometimes it would freeze for everyone and came back a minute later.

Hotel is a fashionable place. It is so modernized: everything is tech-guided, such as turn on and off the lights, control room temperature, etc., which I think is wonderful, yet sometimes may be a challenge for those not quite get use to. The staff are very helpful, we asked to change room right after we walking into the room. Since we are seniors, it would be very hard for us to climb up and down the bed, that only has one side to get into the bed, the other side is leaning the wall. They changed us a room quite fit our needs without any hesitation. Thank you very much. The parking was something we concerned since the hotel is right at the center of downtown Seattle, very fortunately there is a small parking lot just cross street, with overnight parking $25 dollars. It is really help!

The breakfast was not included by our choice. However, we end of eating it every day for four days, just because it is so hard to find other places to eat without parking. It could be better than what we had if they could changed the food a little bit each day. We had the same food everyday, which was very boring and not in good taste. Our room had never been cleaned, don't know why. From their iPad information, it indicated that the cleaning routing is every three days the service will be made. I expected them to come, yet no body ever cleaned our room, which is not nice.

The staff from checkin to departure consistently went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Traveling always comes with a few surprises. Our trip was met with a lot of unexpected glitches that could have overwhelmed the experience. The amazing staff, Josh, Holly, Emma, and Julia, were amazing hosts! As were all of the team. Of course, they made us feel welcome and provided exceptional food and beverage service. But they also shared with us amazing suggestions for nightlife in Seattle that aligned with our lifestyle. We had an incredible time!! Without too much detail, my traveling companion had a difficult encounter away from the hotel. When Josh learned of this event, he displayed sincere concern and care. His kindness and warm-hearted approach lifted us, and we were able to reset and have the most incredible time on our holiday. We are truly grateful for all that you did, Josh, and will remember this always.. I've been sharing our story with everyone and highly recommend CitizenM.

Absolutely nothing!

Location is amazing! Everything was pretty close from the hotel, area was nice, calm, quiet. Enough street parking around the area if you decide to rent a car. Rooms are comfortable, nice view, the self check in kiosks are convenient and easy to use. Staff was nice and helpful at all times. I attached some pics of our room view and how close the space needle to the hotel was!

Nothing, everything was amazing. We will be coming back!

(1) For those traveling with a friend who want to share a room ... the bed is tightly inserted between two walls (head to toe) and the long side against a window (at least in our room). However, it's a king-size, so you can comfortably rotate 90% and both sleep with head to window and get up easily without disturbing each other. (2) Room and entire hotel is very clean! (3) Complimentary coffee available on floor 1 in the morning. (4) Restrooms in basement are very nice, proper with doors to floor. Wonderful when you're sharing a room and need a little more privacy. (5) Self check-in is nice, and appreciate staff letting us know that "courtyard room" is not really a courtyard but will face another room. We did a hard pass on that.

One option for room choice at self-check in is misleading ("Courtyard" or "Alley" view). The courtyard is not really a courtyard but a view towards another room. Perhaps renaming this "Interior hotel" view would be less misleading, as "Courtyard" indicates more space/views ... looking down into hotel foyer or greenery. "Alley" view is accurate. We opted to check in later when a non-alley street view was available. Success!

As a vegan, it is usually very difficult to enjoy hotel breakfasts because of the limited options. However, at Citizen M, the chefs and staff worked together to serve us various vegan options including vegan sausage, biscuits, and vegan egg. The staff were very attentive during our check in and made sure we had everything we needed. The lounge and main lobby were beautifully designed and the location was just down the street from grocery stores and restaurants plus close to the train station.

There is only one small sink in your room and no microwave. The staff were able to microwave some things for us downstairs but it would have been nice to have that available in the room. It was not as tight as I would have assumed from the pictures and descriptions of the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at CitizenM. The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. Breakfast in the morning was great with good selection of food and coffee. We were only here for a night and it met our needs. There was a dedicated workspace in the room.

The room was very clean with modern fixtures but it was very small. The bed and bathroom took most of the space. The bathroom was made of a frosted glass wall, essentially, and the door does not latch closed, just soft close like a shower door so there is very little privacy. It was fine for our overnight stay as a married couple but if we were spending more time in the city, I would want more space. The checkin process went smoothly but it was the first time I'd checked into a hotel through a kiosk or app.
