I think it is the best location in the city. We could see the Space Needle (one of the main attractions) from our room window. The view is spectacular! Also the Chihuli glass garden is across the street and is absolutely recommended for a visit. Our room included 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room so we could fit 2 adults and 2 kids to comfortably sleep on their own beds. Extra blankets and bed linens are available upon request at the reception. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast does not provide too many options but you would not be hungry. A real advantage is free coffee and tea in the lobby available 24/7. Especially good during the cold season! Also it was very helpful to use a laundry room on the 2nd floor with a decent cost available any time. We were glad to stay here.

Sometimes the elevator waiting time was few minutes but just because the second elevator was under maintenance for few days. Not a great problem. We could use the stairs as well.

Bigger then normal rooms and good to spread out with a family of 4. The pull out meant our kids didn’t have to sleep in the same bed. Bathroom was nice, updated, clean. Breakfast was just ok. Free coffee, filtered water in gym, toothbrushes we forgot and toothpaste but they had us covered. Location within walking distance of everything and good restaurants was what sold us. Staff very helpful as we were there early for a cruise and they held bags on 2 occasions while we waited for our room. They also helped with rides to port/airport. Pricey but value was good overall for what we needed it for.

Elevators took awhile if crowded

The staff was extremely helpful and always made time for any questions I had. The lady supervising the breakfast made sure everyone was informed if coffee was running low that she was making more. Very attentive. MJ provided my shuttle information which was wrong on your website that says "Airport shuttle" which led me to believe it was included and provided by the hotel.

It is ridiculous to pay over 400.00 for one night. I understand that Seattle is expensive, but there are cheaper hotels I could have gone to after I found out that there was no "airport shuttle" provided by the hotel. However, MJ did arrange transportation for us.

Loved the breakfast experience the most. Beds were good. Hotel was very near the monorail which takes you to Westgate in downtown where you can ride the light rail to other places.

The carpet had seen better days. Wish there was more space to hang our jackets and towels. The detergent box in the dishwasher had a chip and wouldnt close. We were offered a room change but we just unpacked everything at that point and were dead tired from our long-haul travel. we used the provided electric tape as a workaround but i dont think it worked when wet.

Enjoyed the location and comfort of our suite ! We loved the breakfast as well! Overall, a lovely hotel.

The staff communication following our stay was very poor. I noticed a charge on my credit card of $90 days following our stay. I contacted the hotel 4+ times via phone, every staff who responded indicated that they would “have a manager call me back to review and get rid of the charge”. This unfortunately never happened. I was provided an email address to the GM, I emailed him 1+ month ago and have still yet to receive a response. I was unable to dispute it through booking.com so I was hopeful the hotel would reimburse me for the charge but they have been poor with responding. Will not be booking again for this reason!

The front staff was wonderful. I appreciated the helpful information & answers they gave me to any questions I had. Each person I encountered was very friendly & professional. I felt valued & welcome.

I may have missed the info (if it was even provided by Booking.com) about the refindable $50 "EACH night" of our stay. The "Each night" was a surprise, as I was easily prepared for a one-time deposit, but each night in the moment was nearly a hardship on what we'd been able to budget for trip expenses. I wish this policy could be revisited since my experience with other places has it for a set amount (not per night).

Being right across the street from the Space Needle, as well as the monorail terminal, was fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful. Also, being able to store our luggage before and after our stay was a life saver! I would stay here again.

The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well and the toilet jiggle thing didn't always catch right so instead of the toilet tank filling up, the water was just running until we noticed and jiggled the handle. Some of the electric blinds didn't close.

The location was excellent, near attractions and close to the monorail, free water front shuttle right in the front and still within walking distance to Pike’s and the Wharf. Breakfast was a bonus and Space Needle view from the room was just amazing!

Didn’t have any negatives about the stay. For some people, if you want your room cleaned daily, they don’t do that unless requested ahead of time. For us, we don’t care about that, for others that might be an issue.

Great location. It was right across from the space needle and everything else in the plaza. Clean and had a classy feel. It also isn’t too far from the piers. We opted for the scooters to go up and down the hills to get there. They were pretty steep and with the rain made the travel a little sketchy. Would probably take an Uber down to the piers next trip. Also for all those overly dramatic reviews of the cracked out homeless people, ignore them! This is a really clean big city. You see maybe a handful near the main attractions, so there isn’t much to worry about there.

There were only two elevators on the property. One of them led to the parking garage and also shared the workers rooms (cleaning, maintenance, supplies, etc.) this elevator was kind of annoying if you needed it to get you to or from the parking garage. The longest wait for it to come get us out of the garage was about 10 minutes. The blinds were electric and the button did not work so they were stuck almost closed. There was about a 3 inch gap at the bottom that was annoying to sleep with.

We were moved from our room late at night because the toilet was not functioning properly. We were given a fantastic room. The breakfasts were fantastic. There was always filled containers with hot food.

I was very upset when I called within hours of check out to claim I had forgotten two dresses. I told the women on the phone where I left the dresses and a description of each. She said I had to fill out a form which I did. I still have not received confirmation that they have the dresses. There is no way that they could not find them. It really spoiled my whole vacation. One dress I have not even had a chance to wear.
