The King room with the sleeper sofa was large and well laid out. The Bathroom was great with a handy dressing area outside the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped. The hot breakfast was good and there was a good variety. The dining area was also nice.
Parking is very expensive and is taxed as well! The bed was okay but a bit firm for my taste. Parking at any downtown hotel is going to be an issue, of course, but $45 PLUS another $10+ in taxes PER night seemed a bit steep.

Nice room and good quality clean hotel in a handy location for a good price
Housekeeping was limited - one 'refresh' visit in 6 days that merely changed the towels and took away the trash, with no cleaning. Also, amenities had not been topped up to cater for the length of stay. That said, they were quick and happy to respond to calls for missing items. The back of the hotel had large-scale trash removal/organisation that was very noisy from 3-5 am each weeknight. Breakfast was low quality and a bit of a zoo. But, it was free for everyone staying. We ate in the room, which had a nice kitchen.

Love the size of our room and how there is a sofa... love the amenities like the gym, parking ,and laundry area. Like the comfy pillows and it is really great that we have a small but useful kitchen! Super appreciate Roberto for being a great frontdesk officer. He would patiently help us find our way around the area and amswer our queries. We like that the lobby is warm and cozy to lounge in. We also like how the hotel is located to almost everything near where we need to be And yes to the gree hot chocolate in the afternoon! It is perfect esp when you're about to go out and the weather is chilly! Really love that!
The bathroom can use more detailed cleaning coz i really can see missed dirt that could have been removed if scrubbed better. Also, there was a towel with strands of hair clinging to it. It was a shocker not to have a bidet in the toilet. I thought it is already a standard in all big hotels. Grateful for the complimentary breakfast but it could sure use some upgrading by adding a salad or a different fresh fruit to the selection. We stayed for 9 days and on the 3rd day, i was just getting coffee and an orange. But again, im grateful really just that it can really use some upgrading.

Great location only a few blocks from the Paramount theater and the convention center, and easy to reach from the light rail station. Good room air conditioning control. Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating to our requests. The ability to easily check our bags at the front desk before our room was ready and after check-out was a plus. Room was very quiet.
Breakfast was very crowded and the setup did not facilitate efficient flow of people getting food, drinks and utensils. Staff had a hard time keeping the food, beverages and utensils stocked due to the demand, but they did an excellent job in clean-up. Need a more extensive selection of TV channels.

clean, comfortable, well equipped, ample rooms. easy check in. nice staff. ultra fast laundry service
the breakfast buffet: It had all the foods on it, but the quality of the ingredients was low. Most importantly however, the hotel claims to have the best coffee selection in the nation(!). Now, that is a tall order - and it feels they didnt even try to meet that claim. There were 3 thermoses with less than mediocre coffee in them (dark roast, decaf, cold brew). and yes, that was it. what a great selection. ridiculous claim! We went to get coffee elsewhere, as even what was there was undrinkable (cold brew was good)

Good value for money given the perfectly central location, friendly staff, pretty good breakfast included, spacious rooms with kitchen, got an upgrade to a bigger room on higher floor.
The in-room wifi only worked erratically on my iPhone will working fine on my laptop, still annoying. I didn't understand their policy of not sending a room maid to clean up in three days as I thought I had ticked the option "very other day", but no one ever came. Then placing a QR code for tipping on the night desk for service never provided is pretty odd. The light switch sensor near the door produces an annoying light shine at night that can only temporarily be turned off.

Front desk staff were excellent, friendly and exceptionally accommodating with early check in and late check out. Super friendly and genuinely motivated to do the best for you. Room was comfortable with nice art. Kitchen nice. Location was perfect for Summit convention center, the new one, literally directly across the street. Couldn’t be more convenient for a conference.
No kettle in room and no response from housekeeping when I left a message asking for one. No safe in room, which I thought was standard at this price range. Also I expected a tub and got a shower only, which was disappointing. Also no eating table and chairs in my room, just a tv laptop table. I could have asked to move rooms but they were so generous with early check in so can’t complain. It would be nice if the website were more clear on whether the room you are booking has a tub as standard or if the default is shower only. These are minor issues though as overall very happy with the hotel.

I spoke the week before with Merlinda, who began MY Residence Inn experience. I sawcalled the hotel one week before my stay when I realized Booking.com made a mistake in the details of my room. Merlinda assured me things would be ready for me and my work colleague by the time I arrived. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and the location of the hotel was right across from the Convention Center Summit building, where we had business. I especially appreciated Chobani yogurt as part of the breakfast buffet.
This is not a complaint, per se, but the refreshments in the lobby were a bit expensive. Five dollars for a Diet Pepsi? Also, our shower drain did not work properly. I did tell housekeeping and the front desk.

I chose this location as it’s convenient for me to walk around Downtown. It’s 7-8 minute walk to Westlake Station. Had an easy and straightforward early check in. The room was clean, spacious. They serve daily breakfast, the usual spread (scrambled eggs. sausages, bacon, pastries, cereals, of course coffee).
Unfortunately the room I was in had a partially clogged shower; by the time I finish my shower the floor is flooded (really gross). I didn’t raise this issue as I figured I only shower in the morning so I can take it. LOL but also I’ve already settled my stuff and don’t want to move rooms!

Great stay at the heart of downtown Seattle and near the connvention center. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the standard Mariott breakfast. If you have stayed in other ones in the US, it should be almost the same, which is good. Everything is nearby, so you can walk everywhere or take a short Uber trip to some tourist attractions. The wifi was ok too. Typically what you would expect for free wifi from a hotel.
There was some construction going on next to the hotel when I stayed (Jan/Feb 2023), so the construction workers usually started around 6-7 am on weekdays, and the noise isolation in the room wasn't enough. As I mentioned earlier, the wifi wasn't the worst, but it could be improved for a high-tech city like Seattle. Some staff could work on their customer service skills, but nothing major. I would expect a bit more for about $200 USD a night for a single room, but that's just Seattle.
