the location is convenient, but i didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there. however, there are cameras covering the parking lot and we parked our car right in front of a camera. the a/c worked well. there was a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee/tea station. there is also an ice machine and a very small exercise room (that had some stationary bikes and free weights).

the area is a little rough, but nothing happened to our car or us. parking was $5/night. there was no recycling-even in the breakfast room. BTW, the breakfast was all carbs, but it suited our needs.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Spokane and has on-site parking which was perfect for walking around downtown Spokane. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We did not have the breakfast but it looked like your standard small hotel breakfast of coffee, warm up pastries and oatmeal. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. They have combated the noise complaints by supplying ear plugs in the room, it's not like they can stop the trains running.

My only complaint is the pillows. We usually travel with our own but, since this was a short overnight we did not. The pillows are your standard flat things.

breakfast was cereal and bagel, instead we chose to eat at the restaurant down the street, owned by the same company, discounted and excellent. the room was very clean and quiet. only a few blocks from the river front and a block out of the downtown district so the parking fee is a lot more reasonable. $15 versus $35, didn't have the extra downtown tax also $40ish

the exterior of the building is less than inviting, right next to the train tracks and looks run down with murals on the adjoining walls

I was worried about the location when I first pulled up , but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it anaway. Glad I did ! Found the place was kept very clean and provided great value for the price. The Staff was always helpful, the room was always clean. The location turned out to be the best feature as anything I wanted or needed was within short walking distance, and given all the one way streets down town , walking turned out to be the best. I stayed 7 days and would definitely like to stay here again next time

Mostly found driving downtown a challenge. I am older and unfamiliar with Spokane so I found dealing with the one way streets difficult . Of course this is not within the Hotel's control, and it is my own personal limitation.

Very central location close to shopping, restaurants, buses to everywhere in town and airport. Friendly accommodating staff. Comfortable Italian shower with good water pressure and an extra wall heater in bathroom. Nice TV screen, microwave and fridge in room All in all great place for a reasonably priced clean, safe downtown location. Earplugs provided for those sensitive to train noise but it did not bother us.

One of beds beds had a very thin blanket but heat in room was fine. Breakfast items very low second morning.

This is my second stay here, and I loved it in July, loved it again. The first time we were on the 2nd floor and could barely hear the train. This time I asked for the 3rd floor, bcuz we love the sound of the train:) So: 2nd floor, almost no train noise, 3rd floor, definitely train noise. I feel like mentioning this bcuz of all the reviews that complain about it, so future ppl can consider asking for the lower floors:) We will absolutely be back!!

This time, the sheet was too small for the bed, the corners kept slipping off. The seal on the fridge is not reliable, we noticed it, but not a big deal.

The staff was very friendly. Check-in and out was fast and easy. The location was great for us, it was only a 6 min walk or so to our destination that night. The room was clean. Comfortable bed. Having a microwave and a mini fridge in the room is a plus! And the parking there is great!

Just a couple of little things, the body wash dispenser in the shower was completely empty and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up unless the lid to the tank was off.

The the room was clean and comfortable with great beds, sheets and towels. It is right off the freeway, which is good. The breakfast was more than I expected, with breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc.

The area around the hotel is quite sketchy with a number of homeless wandering around. The room did not have enough outlets to charge multiple devices.

The employees were amazing!! We had a longer than expected wait at the us boarder crossing and were to exhausted to drive an additional 5 hours back to Seattle. We found this place on booking.com and called to see if we could check in after 2am? Emma was super nice and available to get us all checked in for the night!!!

Lots of people walking around the area at night made us a little concerned to leave the car in an open parking lot with all of our camping gear visible.

Nice central location in the middle of Spokane with walking distance to everything in the CBD. Great recommendations by the receptionist for eats and drinks nearby. Easy carparking on site right outside the room.

On the expensive side for just a bed essentially as room had no view except for the train line and carpark. The trains also made some noise going past at all hours of the night. So beware if you are a light sleeper.
