The facilities were very beautiful and gave the whole experience a general pleasant and safe feeling. We found the extra wall bed to be extremely enjoyable and comfortable and the location of the hotel was very good as well.

We were a bit unlucky with our stay since it collided with some renovations below our room, as well as the people above the same room, since we could hear them walking. I believe that might be related to a lack of sound insulation in between the building slabs. If I need to point out anything else, I would just say that I can imagine that the parking area provided by the hotel might not be sufficient to all customers, if all of them require a parking space.

This is a beautifully remodeled old hotel/building. The rooms and bathroom are on the large side, bed is comfortable. The decorations and second floor atrium are really nice. There is a great restaurant in the basement of the building and adequate fitness equipment in a room attached to the hotel through a hallway and elevator. The central location and access to downtown entertainment and dining is hard to beat.

This is an old building in a downtown location and between the lack of insulation and the train and elevator, it can be noisy for those sensitive to extraneous sound. We got a room in the back on the third floor and heard the train rumbling, but little else.

It was really quiet. The old furniture throughout was interesting. Location was awesome - across the street and around the corner from the Knitting Factory concert venue. The Fitness Room is great - several machines, lots of dumbbells, some barbells, and a ton of room. The bed was nice and soft.

The building lights shining upward on the building and into our windows. The shades blocked most of it, but it was still pretty bright. The Fitness Room is hard to find.

Location, price, accommodations! Enjoyed the look and ambience of the coffee station on the second floor in this amazingly restored building and all the furniture to sit comfortably for a conversation, or read a book. On-site parking cost $10, and was very convenient.

Water was not available in room, but was available for purchase in the lobby. Coffee was available, but sometimes empty or cold. Complimentary breakfast was limited to pre-packaged danish. It was not what I expected, but it was tasty.

Characterful central lobby area with fireplace. Excellent dining in the Gilded Unicorn pub in the basement. Comfortable room and an interesting history!

The rooms/restaurants either side the entrance were being renovated and first impression on arriving at the property was of entering a 'work in progress' site which was a little daunting, but the rest of the hotel was lovely!

What a beautiful historic building! Very well-appointed and loved the room as well as the many large common areas. Super clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Free coffee in the beautiful upstairs common area, great artwork adds to the environment and experience of being in Spokane versus anywhere else. Wonderful restaurant just outside the main entrance and a cool coffee shop. Will stay here again!

It is really nice that there is common areas throughout the hotel that you can sit and relax in. The beds are very comfortable and there is complimentary coffee, tea and muffins in the morning.

The young fellow that checked us in was not very professional, nor that friendly. Seemed as though we were bothering him when we checked in. The ladies in the morning were lovely though.

Location was excellent, close to all the places we wanted to visit. Good value for money on the overnight parking. The on-site restaurant was very good.

We had to ask for a coffee maker for the room. It was brought right away and staff were most helpful. Some confusion on which credit card to use for the final billing.

The room was very spacious and was decorated in keeping with the style of building. Big bathroom. We enjoyed the large seating area and hot drink station. We also went on an adventure to find rooftop patio.

We didn’t like that the hotel sign was right outside our window. The blinds did not block out all the light.

Reasonable Location with adjacent parking. Great restaurant next door and downstairs bar was hand after dinner. Clean room with a view over the carpark which meant we could keep a check on our vehicle which was loaded with cases.

No access from car park into hotel so trailing suitcases round the corner on the sidewalk to the main entrance.
