Room was excellent, clean and well appointed, bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

a bit expensive, no extras that a business traveler expects like happy hour or free breakfast. Restaurant was expensive for breakfast, parking fee of $20/night was outrageous. No extra perks like I'm used to getting at a hotel for business. Even the office center was marginal at best, one computer and you had to provide a credit card to access the internet. Seems like this hotel always has it's hand out for more money. When I checked in I was charged and extra 15% over the quoted price "to cover any incidentals" I was told. Not what I expected for over $200/night. Next time I will look for an Embassy Suites.

What we liked best was the location. We could walk to our favourite restaurant and a nice walk along the river. We liked having a nice restaurant for breakfast just downstairs. We were upgraded to the top floor and had a great view. The beds were very comfortable.

The air conditioner was noisy and could have used some maintenance

The hotel was centrally located. The room was clean and our view of the city was great. The front staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants in the hotel as well as several eating options including a small market within walking distance.

Parking is a little spendy. There is a large parking facility so plenty of parking while we were there.

Fantastic location. We attended a conference at the attached conference Center. Easy to get to by car and super friendly staff.

No breakfast included so generally quite expensive to stay there as parking is also an extra charge

Parking should not be additional nor should a 'Motel 6' style breakfast be $22! Have a cafe with normal breakfast offerings or a free buffet. Also, restaurant and lounge did not open until 4.30. Arriving early I would have liked lunch with friends or even a cool cocktail on the patio in the afternoon.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was more than my wife and I expected. The location was great as well, lots of restaurants within walking distance. The bedding was absolutely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.

Clean rooms, close to the convention center

Staff was grumpy, a continental breakfast would have been nice (instead of paying $18/person to eat in their cafe), and there were fans running 24/7 in the hallways outside our room that were pretty loud (I think they were working on some construction in those rooms and had to dry something out).

We were only here for a night but it was great for our family. Very nice hotel. Perfect little gym, beds were extremely comfortable, large shampoo/condition/body wash in shower was very nice to have instead of one single tiny bottle. Some hotels don’t have cartoons for kids to watch but this one did. Some of the best cookies when you check in. We also loved the coffee stand downstairs. River view was stunning looking over the city on 14th floor. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
