The breakfast was good and the night staff was awesome! Very friendly. And helpful. He should get a raise! They offered dinner room service which they had a good selection. Big plus.

On the bill they took out. The room was 125. We also ordered room service dinner to the room which was great but when we recieved monthly statement they took 700 and not sure why? Will be night staff and Looking into it.

We've stayed at this location several times for two main reasons: value and location. The stay is significantly cheaper than staying at a Hilton or Marriot, but it's still nice. It offers free breakfast in the morning (not continental, but a real breakfast), and even has its own bar if you want a drink in the evenings. The second advantage this property has is location. It's right next to the Tacoma Dome, and a block from the train station (local and Amtrak). Restaurants and clubs are a bit farther, but it is close to downtown without being on a busy street.

Parking is limited. There is plenty of it, but the parking right next to the hotel is limited. Tacoma is known for its homeless population and it's best to park your car where you/others can see it from the rooms. To its credit, the hotel has its own security guard, who occasionally makes rounds outside.

The room and the bed were comfortable. I like the location -- near the Tacoma dome and that nice bookstore.

It was a chaotic, disorganized check-in. They didn't know which rooms were ready and the lobby was full of customers. We had to take numbers and wait for rooms to be cleaned. This was between 2200-midnight. The lady behind the desk was super. I don't know how she managed to work in that chaos, but she never lost a smile. They ran out of breakfast the first morning. Second morning, it was a paper bag with a bottle of water, a granola bar, and a banana.

it was clean and comfortable. A little dated and the maintenance work wasn’t the finest but totally on par. (Better craftsmen typically start their own business) There was some transients in the neighborhood but where are they not and nowhere on the property. I would stay there again and the prices were very appealing. I had friends stay blocks away who almost paid double.

I liked that the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was over the top. Having a restaurant onsite was a handy plus. I didn't worry about my car being vandalized...there's a big parking garage. Great night,s stay!

I had a little issue with figuring out where to park when I arrived at the hotel. A card that opens the parking garage is issued after checking in. Meanwhile you park your car in the driveway and go in before parking in the garage. A sign letting folks know that when they pull up would be helpful. There is no actual parking lot.

Breakfast was great!! Real food… staff were over the top helpful and friendly!! Location for events at the Tacoma Done is excellent, but $300/ night is a bit excessive. I still paid it for peace of mind with my daughter and her friend being at atheist Harry Styles concert and I could walk them over and come back and get them. Even with the hotel being TOTALLY booked the staff were friendly helpful and attentive!!

For $300 a night the rooms are a bit old. Our plug ins didn’t work in the bathroom. I wish the restaurant was open, or on nights when there are events at the Tacoma Dome maybe you could offer something since most places won’t deliver, and once you get a parking spot, you don’t want to move. Maybe you could partner with a pizza place or deli for sandwiches to offer them in the lobby during an event. I know I walked my daughter and her friend over to the concert and came back. As I didn’t want to leave due to the traffic I ended up not having dinner.

It was quiet, even though our room was near the elevator and ice machine - didn't hear a thing! Check-in was great and the agent was very nice and helpful getting us to the Comedy Club a few miles away. The room was comfortable and clean and we were able to make it as warm as we wanted!

I didn't realize they didn't have a jacuzzi - that would have been really nice after a long day walking around Tacoma. The breakfast area was a bit dark and we waited at the Front Desk to Check-in for quite a while with no agents in sight. A bell at the desk might have been helpful but I believe the only agent working was on break. It was probably just bad timing when I arrived.

Continental hot breakfast was phenomenal. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel right next door to our destination theTacoma dome for a concert. Great customer service and they even had cookies sitting out for guests when we returned from concert.

One of the elevators was out of order but it sounded like it was being worked on. More of an inconvenience for housekeepers trying to get to where they needed to be. Our bathroom faucet was coming loose but still worked fine.

Very comfortable king bed.

Sofa bed was hard and lumpy.

There was only one check in clerk and 300 people trying to check in so the wait time was close to three hours…the staff were lovely but I feel that a better system should be implemented
