I liked the location in regards to the interstate being close by . There were many restaurants close by several within walking distance. I did not eat breakfast because I typically do not at home .

The restaurant at the property had. Limited menu and I was told by the restaurant manager that I had to eat in the bar? I was in West Va , a ruby red State so was it be cause I was Black ? I took a shower the next morning and after putting soap on the tub was very slick .

Very clean room. Breakfast was really great when in comparison to other accommodations at different facilities. Breakfast was buffet style, although not a large buffet but the following were available: Coffee, tea, apple juice, orange juice, Danish, bagels, muffins, biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles (chocolate and plain), sugar-free syrup (rarely offered at many hotels), regular syrup, fruit apples, and bananas (at the time we were there). Yogurt, peanut butter, cream cheese, various jellies, instant oatmeal and cold cereals. We can't remember anything else and am sure that I am forgetting something, but this will give you an idea. * Room, bath, floors, desktop, dressers all clean. Microwave / refrigerator in the room were clean as well. I so appreciated this! * Check-in and out was easy and we had an enjoyable and quiet evening.

The king-size bed was NOT kingsized. I would say that since I could lay across and my feet were over the edge that it was more of a full/queen-sized bed as I am only 5'5". While not a king-sized bed as advertised, it was still comfortable with clean crisp white sheets. I recommend tea bags to go along with the coffee in the room. Almond milk. Just plain unsweetened almond milk would have been nice to have. Not everyone can drink dairy milk.

Location was good. We requested another pillow because we had 3 small square pillows and they told us they didn’t have any extras to give out. She did not even try to check. In the morning when we went to take our shower, we realized we didn’t have any soap to use. We followed workers into the hotel and I heard one of them say they got a whole box of soap, but we didn’t have any in our room. The breakfast was from 6 - 9. We got there at 8 and there was a lot of empty food. The regular coffee was empty. All the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them off.

Morgan’s restaurant located in the hotel I would list as a pass. I found an online menu it sounded good we took my 96 year old father in law we had to go through a dark entrance & squeeze through what I found out later was a metal detector to get into the restaurant. We then had to go back through the dark into the bar the menu is bar food we were not impressed. I look back now and should have left. My recommendation is pass on dinner the breakfast is ok.

The restaurant that is attached to the hotel, apparently is one of the two restaurants in the entire state of Virginia, that you can smoke in. Yes, believe it or not everybody in the bar/restaurant is smoking. So if you’re not a smoker, don’t be hanging out there, but the staff in there was nice and friendly, it’s just more of a smoker bar that’s all…

Ease of getting to the hotel from the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a nice start to the day.

Not having enough toilet paper and Kleenex in the holder in the bathroom. There was also some kind of blob on the bathroom that could not picked up off the floor. Don’t know what it was. Room 220.

I don’t usually stay at a Quality Inn but we needed a hotel that was pet friendly. The hotel lobby was neat and tidy and the front desk clerk was very pleasant even though she was busy with check-ins and working alone, and she made sure we had adjoining rooms. The room was clean except for a stain on the carpet and the beds were comfortable. The on site restaurant was a bonus and the food was very good. We would have gone to the bar but it was a ‘smoking allowed’ bar, one of only two in the state (!) so the smoky room was a turn off for us.

The convenience of the restaurant on-site. After a long drive, not having to look for a place to have dinner was great. Staff was very friendly.

Had requested a room with a roll in shower as I was recovering from knee surgery and when we arrived one was not available. Stepping into the tub and not having any grab bars to hold onto made taking a shower not only very difficult but also dangerous.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was the only complaint.We went down early and there was hardly any food out.No hot water for tea.Just all in all of not satisfied with the breakfast.What we eat and you know it filled our bellies

Good size room, it has chairs (!) and multiple outlets on the bedside stand. Carpet was old but clean. NIce towels. Nice pool. Walking distance to Outback, ChicFilA and McD. Outside space to walk the pup with a trash can for dog exhaust. Good size parking lot.
