Breakfast was pretty good. Nice and clean rooms. Staff friendly. Excellent location! Across from hospital, within 5 mins of WVU coliseum and shopping centers/food.

Bed was decently comfortable but seemed sunken in.i know it says no pool but we could see they used to have one. They're currently doing work to turn them into rooms according to a staff member. Said since covid they decided to close it. Bummer since my kids would've loved to been able to swim.

Buffet breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I was traveling with my parents and my dad enjoys a full breakfast. We were able to enjoy a great breakfast each morning. Additionally I requested a handicap room so my mom could easily shower prior to her surgery. All our needs were met.

The linens for the sleeper sofa were not in the room but was quickly provided upon request.

The check in is always so quick and easy. Also like that they try to put us on the first floor as much as possible, we stay here about once to twice a month for doctors visits with my dad and he isn’t able to walk much.

The breakfast is ok, very basic options. I do wish that the showers were a bit more accessible for older folks that aren’t able to step into a shower or had a pull down shower chair attached to the shower.

The room was amazing the high definition of the TV was incredible and the overall comfort of the room made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk with.

The channel selections were very basic and slim there wasn't much to watch outside of Freeform or Comedy Central. Maybe like 25-30 channels but that was my only complaint ill be ok.

Friendly staff and affordable

There was trash left in the trash can under the sink. We took and out and didn't complain. Just be careful with this the next time it happens a tired guest may complain. Otherwise, everything else was great

The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

Would have liked to have the pool and hot tub opened. Bathroom only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, called front desk to request more but it never arrived.

The suite was very nice & clean. It had plenty of room, the appliances were clean & up to date. I was staying there because I had a total hip replacement scheduled the 16th, today. The hotel is straight across the road from the hospital, which was very nice.

The location of the property was great. We booked the hotel due to the close proximity of the hospital. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff. Super accommodating. Nice parking lot. Spacious room.

They did not have an USB ports for charging your electronics. Make sure you have your charging block. Also as I was taking a shower I noticed a used wash cloth on top of the shower curtain rod. Probably just and accident but was cringe worthy to say the least.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The clerk at the front desk was amazing. ( Sorry I don't recall her name)

The dishes in the room were still dirty in the dishwasher. The coffee pot was dirty, and there was no trash bag in the trash can under the sink I was promised 3000 points for my inconvenience but never received any

The location was good, hotel was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was good and I would recommend your accommodations.

I would have appreciated some meat for breakfast. We could hear the elevator very loudly all night long. Our windows were drafty.
